Our mission at Family Tree Assisted Living is to provide a social atmosphere in a setting of luxury and comfort while encouraging the highest level of independence possible for each of our residents. We take great pride in treating each of our residents as we would our own family members, with the respect, dignity, and love they deserve.
Family Tree is a vibrant, fun part of the community, but foremost, it is home to our residents. Our all inclusive community is here to provide housing, gourmet meals, socialization, health care, and any other needs that our residents may have, all provided by our 24-hour on-site professional and caring nursing staff.

Services
We offer many activities here at Family Tree. Once a week we go shopping and often use our Family Tree Van with ADA lift for short road trips and outings. We have weekly exercise groups, daily games, monthly socials, and many entertainers. We know how important a high quality dining experience and varied menu selection is when selecting a place to live.
Many thanks to former Mayors Dean Pace, Marie Heiner, Gary Burraston, Lynn Mickleson of Morgan City, and Grey Jensen for allowing us to bring Family Tree to Morgan. We are a 43 unit, and 47 bed (for couples) facility licensed by the Utah Department of Health as a licensed Health Care Facility. Our Rooms all have a private bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, and convenience counter with mini fridge.
West Point city is a hidden jewel in Davis County, the rural but classy feel of this little community is truly Heaven on Earth. Many thanks to former Mayor John Petroff Jr., Jerry Chatterton, Boyd Davis, and the others at West Point City for taking a chance on us as their very first commercial building inside their city back in 2005.

Absolutely do not take your family members here please! My grandma was here for a only a few months and lost so much weight. You CANNOT feed these people hot dogs for dinner! For paying $3000 a month...didnt really get anything worth that! Owner is not a nice welcoming person either! She acts nice at first... But she is only money hu fry and very cheap. Food is terrible.
Edited to add: seems very unprofessional to reach out about a review on facebook messenger instead of reaching out on here first... We had already discussed all issues through messenger before you posted a reply on here? Seems
