Michael has been passionately serving the elderly since 1993. He started his journey as a caregiver for his grandparents who both had dementia. He lived with his grandparents and also cared for them, until they moved into an assisted living community. Michael began his career as a server and dishwasher where his grandparents resided.

Finding the right home for your aging family is a mine field. Between budgets, needs, and personal wants/needs you may find this task daunting. Jason was able to bring us to the locations that met these needs so we were able to work efficiently. Then to have him help with the initial costs and service set up made us feel we had an advocate in our court, and one we could ask all the questions we had. Thank you Jason!

Mike and Jason are so wonderful to work with! They always go the extra mile to help seniors and their families find the right placement and they don't charge them for their services. I've known them to help seniors every step of the way, not just giving them places to go visit, but truly seeing to every need with such genuine compassion. They are also able to help seniors access available benefits to them. Being in the business for the last 13 years I have not come across a referral agency that truly represents their client in a fashion of educating both the client and the facility with the necessary care information. They are very involved in the transition with the resident into our facility. Mike and Jason have exceptional follow through in their communication, as well as the paperwork to the facility and back to their client. I consider them very much part of our Welcome Home Assisted Living team.

The help from Mike with UT Senior Care Advisors is indispensable!! Do not try to navigate the LTC landscape without them! We needed to find Memory Care for my Mom on very short notice, and I live out of state. Mike's knowledge, network and contacts in the community are incredible. He is honestly one of the kindest, most transparent and most professional person I have ever worked with. He put me in touch immediately with all the right people and we were able to make decisions quickly and easily. He also did a great job of managing contacts so that once we made our final decision I wasn't getting

Jason and Mike are both amazing to work with! They both have an amazing passion for serving our seniors and making sure that they are safe and well cared for. They put their hearts into taking care of the people they serve. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. Not just the seniors but the communities they place the seniors into. I would use these gentlemen for my own family and would recommend them to anyone!! Truly impressed!
