It was ok service, the work was completed. No communication once work was completed, I came to check on the status myself. Seems like you get what you pay for, as service with Rusty Wallis Honda & Toyota of Rockwall is a lot better and more communication. When work is completed, they call or text your vehicle is ready whether you’re there or not.

I spent $700 getting new batteries for my Jeep only to have my Rayban sunglasses stolen out of my console. I know most people would say not to leave valuables in your vehicle, but I was rushed and actually hid these in my console under a small notebook so someone actually had to dig to find them. I have also worked at dealerships in the past and never had to worry about theft, but this was back in west Texas, maybe things are different here. I was told by the service manager (Billy) that he would check the cameras but he has yet to call me back or follow up. I dropped my truck off before work on

I filled out application online . Two different people called me and got my information to complete my application. Never heard back from them ..... I even responded back to the email sent from the general manager Kevin ..... still no response. I guess you have perfect credit to get good customer service at this dealership.

I traveled 1 hour away to order/receive my new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. The first Jeep I wanted there was SOME miscommunication and ended up in a wasted trip. BUT when I came back to order a Wrangler instead, it was incredible. The service was amazing, the people are nice. When picking up my Wrangler everyone was amazing and made it really smooth for me. I would highly recommend asking for Chris Miles or Kevin. They’re extremely nice and helped me with anything/everything. I really wish I would've did more research on this dealership before I came here. Bought a car yesterday and the radio and passenger door didn't work. It's a 2 door car so that's a huge problem. They were supposed to fix it while I did the paper work on the car. They weren't able to so I was told to come back the next day. Came back the next day (drove 40 minutes to the dealership) just for them to tell me the part didn't come in for the door. So they said it would for sure come in the next day. I don't know WHY I keep coming back here?! It's the SLOWEST dealership, and they DONT update you on the progress. Over 2.5hrs alone in the waiting room, waiting for a software update on a hybrid vehicle is a far too excessive wait time. I felt like I was pestering the agent, when I approached him twice for an update. When I finally got my car back, the steering wheel was FILTHY (the sun in the photo doesn't show the actual amount of black!) If I went to a local garage they would have wiped down in curtesy. you would think a Chrysler dealership would do the same. This is the second

I am having a serious issue with my vehicle and have been attempting to call them for the last few days. I get sent to voicemail after voicemail, they barely let you finish your sentence of what you need before transferring you to what seemingly is just an unmanned telephone.
I am so disappointed and they should be embarrassed about their customer ' service ' .

Old review: I am unhappy about my experience there today. It took 4 hours. My tire warranty was not honored in the form of a replacement- my tire was badly plugged. The plugs protrude! Additionally, the tire was overinflated to an unsafe level. I don't even feel safe riding in this truck! They need to make this right. Until then I do not recommend this service department at all, and I have been a loyal fan since 2006.
