Guy I talked with Christian was good guy doing job very well but downside for me is their choice of financiers. I was a return customer with “good credit”from previous truck purchase but that didn’t mean anything to those finance companies they work with. They wouldn’t even think about sales without co-signer on any vehicle I chose.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have had with a car dealership. We spent several hours there, and the sales person was nice enough, but she was trying to help several people at the same time. We submitted everything they asked for and had a cash down payment. Despite all of this we were denied, but no one could tell us why. We were told the finance person would call us within an hour to get more information so we could work out a deal. Well we never received a call, so Monday I called up there to talk to the manager who is conveniently the "finance

We have bought two cars from Barrett and had excellent service both times!! They make it easy. I've bought from big/major dealerships before and they always take your entire day of the back and forth, trying to sell you all the extras and hidden expenses. Willie was the salesmen I worked with. If you ever get a chance to shop here for cars, make sure Willie is the guy you go. Just got my Honda Accord and I'm a happy camper. He was patient, he answered all my questions. He made the paperwork as fast as possible. We had a great conversation. They have a wide variety of cars that are of quality. This location is very convenient and has a lot to offer. I'm pleased to say that I will definetly recommend this dealership to others!

Finally got my car paid off after being upside down on it almost the entire time. Do your homework and go in with Kelly Blue Book price as offer. Do not tell them you have a trade in to make until you have negotiated a good deal. They hassled me LIKE CRAZY when I changed jobs and my check started being a week behind the initial payment agreement - harassed me to the point where I had to get really nasty with Billie. They said they had notated my account that my check date changed but still the calls came. I am so glad to be done with this place and after this experience, and my mother having gone

Worst place ever to buy a car. I had unforseen sircumstances and had to surrender my car back in 2009. Everything was fine until I pulled my credit report and saw a repossession in 2012 on my credit. I didn't even have the car in 2012. The finance dept. Refuses to send me a copy of my surrender form I signed to submit to the bureaus. WORST PLACE EVER
