These people are great to work with - responsive, prompt, knowledgeable. We had a leak coming out of some drywall and had no idea what was causing it - Ryan figured out the source within a couple minutes and then explained the whole process that would need to happen in order to fix the leak and the water damage. Gave us a very detailed quote within 24 hours and went above-and-beyond to work with our insurance (who wasn't nearly so great to work with).

But Ryan was so quick to respond, very good at communicating with us the whole time, walking us through the damages and what could wait and what couldn't. He made a really tough situation easier to handle. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Jason and his crew are a well-oiled machine. We had never dealt with water damage before (toilet overflowed while we were gone) and boy was it a process. They worked and got it done it the time quoted. They probably would have finished sooner but the TX Snowpocalypse slowed things down. They were all so easy to work with and attention to detail was top notch. Ryan was fantastic and got us started on the process. Jason, Ryan and the entire crew were FANTASTIC. Despite dripping our faucets during the winter storm from hell, our pipes still burst. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Total Restoration of Texas the afternoon when we were alerted to a water disaster in my daughter's condo. Water from a unit above our condo collapsed the ceiling and soaked the entire unit. After speaking by phone to Kylie, we felt confident they were the company to go with and Ryan came within the hour of being alerted to the damage.
