Stacy has a deep desire to help her clients reach their fitness goals regardless of their experience or current level of fitness. She combines her knowledge of the body through her medical and massage career of over ten years. Adding personal training to her tool belt has been a great way to share her passion for health and wellness.
If having a mentor during your fitness training process is the kind of experience you are looking for, E Studio specializes exclusively in one-on-one training. Working with an experienced fitness instructor in a private environment and at a time that works with your busy schedule. This is your opportunity to build confidence by succeeding at your fitness goals.
Regardless of whether you're new to the world of fitness or a seasoned athlete, there's always something interesting to learn. Stay up to date with the latest in exercise science. Did you know that strength training at an extremely slow rate of speed, produces better results than moving weights quickly?
This is the price for one 30 minute exercise session. This fee is paid directly to the trainer supervising your session. We recommend working out only once per week and do not charge for 24 hour advanced notice on sessions you cannot attend. This is a monthly recurring fee and is independent of any Weekly Sessions you purchase with your trainer.
