Adam has been my trainer for 2 years and he is one of the best things that has ever happened to me! he is one of the most amazing people i have ever met and has become a great friend to me and my family. when i was going through the hardest time of my life adam was there for me and helped my mental health so much! i wouldn't be where i am today without him. he makes me feel great every time we train and is very trust worthy. i am so grateful that he is a part of me and my family's life!

I inquired about training services from Lyfe2u after seeing an ad in our local paper. I was disheartened by the response that I received from Adam and was frankly shocked at how unprofessional he was. I will not only not be using his services, but will be letting my local friends know not to trust him or his character. I know most of his Yelp reviews mention that he's a great trainer, but who wants to be insulted along the way???

Adam has been coming to our home since July. It has been the best thing my husband and I have done in a very long time! My daughter found Adam on social media April 2019 and I went with her a few times. It's easy to get hooked. I decided to have my daughter take my husband to get him hooked . It only took one time and my husband was hooked. We were all working with Adam when Covid hit. We took a break for a bit then Adam offered to come to our house! We love it.
We work out twice a week! Feeling great and look forward to 2021 and our goals !!!

I started going to Adam like most people, to get a plan to get back in shape. Shortly thereafter, I tore my Achilles tendon; Adam was able to reconfigure our entire plan from getting back in shape to keeping motivated while I went through the time-consuming healing process. He even worked with what my Physical Therapists were recommending. As I was cleared to do more, Adam was there to keep me going with new exercises, motivation, & best of all positivity.

Adam brings exercise, nutrition, massage therapy, & wellness all to the table to create a plan for you to help achieve your goals.

Adam is a spectacular trainer! He deeply cares about his clients and gets to know their goals and objectives so that he can tailor workouts to each person. I've seen strong results in both weight loss and strength while working with Adam. On top of Adams extensive experience and great workout routines he is a pleasure to be around. He's always smiling, welcoming and pushing you to work hard but take care of your body as well. This review is so long overdue! In part, it's because I have so much to say that I don't know where to start because Adam is the best trainer I've worked with and I've tried a few in the past. I've been training with Adam for about two years now and he has been critical in getting me back on track with my fitness goals after having my daughter. Adam is a great trainer and person. Despite how hard he can push you, your sessions always fly by quickly because of how genuinely fun and easy he is to talk to. Wether he's training my girlfriend for an upcoming Spartan Beast or just helping me with mobility and flexibility, it's obvious to see he loves what he does and isn't just some dude you pay to count to 10. I'd encourage anyone with any interest in getting more fit in any way to reach out to him.

You couldn't ever go wrong with Adam. I met him when I was a few months postpartum and struggling with losing the extra pounds that pregnancy left me with. Adam is an amazing, well-rounded Trainer. He takes his time developing a workout plan based specifically on your goals and is always available to his clients.

I had a baby six weeks ago and am slowly getting into working out. We started off slowly, developed goals and a nutrition plan and I'm already seeing results. He is motivating, encouraging and supportive in helping me meet my goals - so far I've lost 3 inches off my waist, I've increased my cardio stamina and my booty is starting to pop.

Adam is great! I really enjoy how open he is and listens to your needs and fitness goals, and designs his training and help around that. Adam isn't afraid to jump into a workout with you to try a new move or something different, and that is what makes him stand out from other personal trainers...always willing to learn and try. I have been seeing Adam for over a year in an attempt to improve my overall health and fitness. As a 60 something female I have needs and abilities which are not usually associated with someone seeking personal training. He listens to me and designed a program that works with my abilities and needs. He is encouraging and never pushes me or tries to get me to do something I am not comfortable with personally. Adam really sets the bar high as a personal trainer. He offers his clients incredible service. Nutrition, mobility, performance, fat loss, muscle gain, flexibility, core strength. Adam does it all. Adam has been an amazing trainer! I have been working with him for a little over 2 months, and I trust that he really cares about me and my fitness journey. He is not just a trainer that only wants you to excel while he's training you, he shows me moves I can work on at home. I've been working out with Adam for close to a year and would recommend him to anybody no matter what your fitness goal is. When we started working together he took the time to listen to my fitness background, injury history, and current goals and customized our workouts based on all on all of it.

In just a few weeks Adam got me back to the point where I couldn't wait to get back into the gym. His workouts are well-rounded and I feel as strong from top to bottom as I ever have.

If you are looking for a great quality personal trainer with a personal approach, motivating, extremely reliable and punctual, Adam is your guy. He's very helpful, easy to get along with and genuinely cares about his clients. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
