I have no idea how this guy is in business. I’ve called him 3 or 4 times with different bikes ranging from old to new, and the guy wouldn’t take any of them. When I brought in tires that needed mounted, he wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy the tires from him. This must just be a hobby for a retired guy, cause there’s no way a motorcycle shop in the NW could survive being that damn picky.

Vince is very knowledgeable and has fair prices. As a new rider, he schooled me a bit. He’s a customer advocate, awesome bike mechanic, and is a no BS kind of guy. His years of experience and understanding of your needs makes his shop a go to for rider needs. Check him out at his new shop.

If you have motorcycle issues, take it to Vince. Great prices, straight to the point, tell you the truth and won't screw you over. Better then big business, Vince is one of the longest standing shops in Olympia area and it shows, his wisdom and experience is unparalleled. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Vince is the man. Funny ... not as funny as me tho. Very knowledgable and fixed my Suzuki Intruder to work like a dream. He is my motorcycle mechanic for as long as he has a business open. I'll just have to keep an eye on him returning my bike with as much fuel as I filled. Lol

Vince has been my motorcycle mechanic for decades. He is a very good, honest mechanic who charges a fair price for expert mechanical work. He is friendly, straightforward, self-assured, and honest... and a really good mechanic. What more could you want?
He kept many of my cheap, beater motorcycles on the road for years after most would have given up and sent them to the bone yard. He never runs up the price and always completes the work professionally in a timely manner.
Vince once told me I didn't need him to repair my elderly Honda 900 if I had this here part, a half hour, and a few tools.

Best prices in Thurston County. Vince doesn’t want to take as much money as possible from you like South Sound Honda, Paulsons, or South Bound Honda. He offers high quality work at very reasonable prices and also does a great job explaining what was worked on. I take dirt bikes, ATVs, and street bikes here and would recommend it to anyone!

I've had good service and not good service here. This last time wasn't so good. I got a call after several weeks of having my bike in there and he said "the case is damaged, you need a new case". The engine case is a pretty big deal of course, and I asked how much it would be. Long story short, it wasn't the case, it was the clutch cover - Not a big deal at all. He said it was going to be $600. History with work there is that it usually ends up costing more than was quoted/expected. I came and picked the bike up un-repaired and told him I couldn't afford to have him work on it, and much more of

Straightforward, no bulls*** guy, got my first bike fixed up and rideable within a couple days ('03 Yamaha R1) that had been sitting for years and wouldn't start anymore. He told me exactly what was wrong and what I could go without fixing, and didn't try to sell me on the bells and whistles either, he looked through the catalog with me and helped me make a good decision on good parts for a good price. Very, very, very likely to return here and continue to have most of, if not all of my work done at Vince's.

Vince checked my bike out told me the potential problem I was dealing with. Continued to check the rest of the bike and throw some suggestions on what needs to be looked at in the future.
Afterwords he explained while he was capable he had never worked on my ktms carb and suggested a shop that would better suit my needs. That's some honesty you don't see often. Thanks Vince!

I would highly suggest this shop to anyone in need of an experienced, helpful, and affordable motorcycle mechanic. I have received free advice over the phone, and in person. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and how to keep the cost down. Needless to say, I WILL be returning for any future mechanic needs.
