Been shopping for months for my first HD. Seen adds on FB, Offer Up and other motorcycle dealers. Buddy of mine turned me onto these guys. Freddy was very patient when I advised him I was just looking for now. He didn’t push but did let me know when something good came in. We kept in touch for a couple of months. I have a sportster that I am considering trading in a making an upgrade. I reached out and began dealing with Greg. I currently don’t have my motorcycle license so I haven’t been able to test ride and figure out what I want to choose as my next bike. He was very helpful in explaining the differences in the current models, as well as giving me the information I need to get signed up for the class to get my endorsement. Just wanted to thank everyone in the service department that got me back on the road. I was traveling from Alabama, and lost my rear tire in Ft. Worth yesterday. the guys were waiting on us this morning. they replaced my tire as well as worn brakes, washed the bike up and I was back out soon. thank you all that had a hand in the service.

Freddy and Chad were very patient and were not pushy at any point. Their entire team from sales to parts to accounting was awesome from beginning to end. Horrible service. Salesman Leon belittles me into acting like I cannot afford the motorcycle he's selling me. Asked for a ride and he didn't think I was serious about buying a motorcycle, showed license and filled out paperwork only to be told we aren't going anywhere we are done here when I called him out on being rude to me. Idiots thought I was joyriding a bike, unfortunately for them I had cash in my pocket.

When it comes time to purchase a new Harley there is a few things that always come to mind that add the extra extra. Professionalism, customer service, and availability. All of these are are top notch at this dealership. This is my third Harley from Dustin and I would not shop anywhere else. The building is always maintained and beautiful. Lovely place great people. However the service department was unreliable for me 200 miles after buying a bike at their sister store Lucky Penny the engine blew up. I have been eating for 2+ months, after the… motor coming in they told me they found something else, and that the part would take even longer for to come in. Calling every week to be told a different stories each week. Being told parts are there then them saying that they are not there, but then check the back and they are there. Being told they would call right back and never get into leaving me to call again and again. To the

Should be a negative star option for this "dealership". It is ram like a buy here pay here used car dealership. Shady to the point I can't believe the franchise has not been pulled .

I have bought enough Harley-Davidson motorcycles here to confidently say it can be the BEST sales dealer in north Texas!! Maybe all of Texas! Many special events for their social sponsorship; and I have received truly amazing deals in some cases. Best HD dealership around. I've only had great experiences with almost all staff members from service to sales. They can be somewhat aggressive when it comes to sales, or prospective sales...so if you go to the shop, be well prepared for that. If you have your m class license, I recommend booking test rides. This will give you an understanding of what you'll want. They will set you up with a sales person after. Keep in mind they are a focused dealership so if you show your interest, they will try for the sale.

This dealer misled, mistreated, and was downright rude to me and my family. My father and I went up to shop, me for my first bike, and my father for his first in a few years. Looking around, there were HUNDREDS of bikes on the floor. That was not the issue.

My and a couple of buddies from out of town saw this dealer from the freeway and decided to stop in because it is HUGE. We looked around for a few minutes before being approached by Mo, who was extremely friendly! He gave us a tour of the whole facility, helped us find our sizes in shirts, and made extremely fun conversation.
