Reservations are only guaranteed with a deposit and a confirmation email. Guaranteed reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund on the deposit. Our room was infested with bugs. We paid to stay there over the weekend and we weren’t even there were 24 hours and the entire room was infested with bugs. They were all over the walls, ceilings, floors, beds, and in the shower. It was disgusting. The guy was very rude and tried saying I was lying about the bugs and my husband showed him a picture then the guy said those were just flies… they were not flies.

U recommend not staying at this hotel the new owners don't care about your stay even though they may act it the house keeping will come by you once and not do anything but replace 2 towels out of the 6 we needed. On top of all that my son said he saw something in the vent in the bathroom I didn't pay any attention to it cause I figured he was tired but then the next day he said daddy where's the thing in the vent mind yall my son and daughter were getting baths at this time and so I look and saw a spot where a camera would be and that's the exact day that housekeeping decided to actually show up

After staying here for the past 6 years we won’t be back, it went from being a decent place to stay to not very pleasant. Walked into the room and the smell of mildew slaps you in the face, floors were not the cleanest, bathroom sink had hair in it, the toilet paper roll was previously used, beer bottle caps on the floor near the bed, housekeeping only came the first night we stayed there and then never came back so we never got fresh towels or a clean garbage. The dresser was broken and the drawer wouldn’t open, along with the sink faucet knob was completely cracked in half. The box springs

We stayed 3 nights, basic room. Designed for people who aren’t really going to be staying too long in their room. 3 stars, the water temperature would only get to warm, not really hot. Water pressure was just ok. The restaurant that is in the parking lot, their dumpsters attracts a lot of flies. Some minor repairs could be done or an upgrade on things, like the sink, and shower. However over all is was a good stay.

Amazing place, I love the pool it is always clean and the free passes are amazing but the reason why I love going with my family is because it´s a family tradition for me and my brother´s birthday. The rooms are very clean and nice. Whenever I wake up I can walk outside and enjoy the nice sun and breeze. There is a awesome park right across the street that we can go to and enjoy. Would highly recommend and go again! If you wanna book a room on the higher floor, you should book earlier to see if one is open. If one isn´t wait for a little later in the future and book then. I Will Come Here Again, The Rooms Are Amazing, They Are Clean, The Second Floor Is Recommended, But The First Floor Is Handicap Accessible. If You Want Something Great To Do Look At The Adventure Pamphlets In The Lobby, The Staff Are Wonderful And Nice. There's A Park Very Close To It. There's A Restaurant With Good Food Right Across From The Motel, The Prices Are Great, And They Give Out Four Free Tickets To Wilderness Resort Water Park When You Rent out A Room, They Keep The Pool Very Clean, The Service Is Great And There's A Strip Of Stores In Walking Distance. I Come Here Yearly As A Tradition

HORRIBLE customer service. We wanted to book 2 rooms for 2 nights. I wanted joining rooms if possible, and online u can only book 1 room. I called and called, never an answer. I tried about 20 different times, left several voicemails, and even tried the email route, over a weeks time period. Not 1 return call or email reply. The phone doesn't even ring, goes straight to a "hi this is Ryan, if ur calling about Fields park motel, leave a message, and if ur calling about Sarento's Italian Restaurant, do the same". Looks like they lost our yearly New Years Eve tradition.

Very impressed with the front desk lady as we arrived. We knew the motel was a little older, but it was kept up pretty well and was fairly clean. Our only reason for the 3 star rating was that although we were here on weekend that wasn't very busy, some younger people partied in the room next door until 4:30am. There is/does not appear to be staff at night to prevent this.

Fantastic value. The waterpark passes alone make it worth the price of the stay. Rooms are a bit older, but clean. We had an issue with our remote not working, and the gentleman was up within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Very friendly staff, and they even let us check in a few hours early. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four have stayed here about seven times over the past few years -- mostly in the "off season", but twice in the summer months (in 2013 & 2014). It's a wonderful option for people who want to go to the Wilderness resort at an affordable price. We've never had any problems with unclean rooms, noise, or anything at all. The staff have always been nice & helpful & friendly. My husband and I stayed here a couple years ago. I'm hoping to stay here again soon.
The motel is nice. Wonderful service. We were able to check in early. The pool is nice, the beds were comfy, the room was clean.
I honestly can't remember a single problem here. And the free passes to the wilderness? WORTH IT!
I really liked our stay here, and actually wished we'd stayed here the whole trip. We did hotel hopping, and the other hotel just wasn't as nice.
