The mission of Tenth Gate Yoga is to offer programming for the pursuit of elevation and transformation. Our specific focus is to provide the resources to assist people in managing the stresses and challenges of daily life in order to live a happy, healthy and whole existence. In March of 2020, we sadly had to give up our brick and mortar, but continue to Live Stream Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes from our home.
We are also continuing our WorkPlace WellBeing: Tools for Today and Tomorrow programs via Live Stream. When it is safe to gather again, you will find Reinette and Tom back in the community teaching live classes again.

Services
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Useful items for class: A mat or blanket and cushion to sit on, a blanket for deep relaxation, a meditation shawl and water. Kundalini Yoga is a 5,000-year-old authentic system of yogic exercise and meditation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness.
The Tenth Gate WorkPlace WellBeing Program brings the teachings from our yoga center directly to the workplace. Our program includes one hour yoga and one hour meditation and relaxation series. For six years, we have been reaching out to the business and workplace communities around our state, providing them with much needed opportunities for stress management.
Indulge body and soul with your choice of massage, Reiki and other energy healers, along with readings by gifted tarot and psychic channelers. These services are $30 for 20 minutes, paid in cash to the healer or mystic. Sign up when you arrive and then you can do some early holiday shopping at the Bazaar while you wait for your appointment!
Because it comes from the enlightened one, it became illuminated and enlightenment entered into it. From the unknown, through the "Rasana, " the melodious tongue of the blessed one, Guru Nanak, Jap Ji came into the known. The structure of its sacred sounds are like liquid. Each word has its own music around it, a certain aroma, an element, a meditation, a kriya and a star of the galaxies associated with it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Reinette and Tom. They are compassionate, kind, and encouraging. I discovered kundalini yoga late in life and they are always patient with my limitations. And they are very tuned in to my needs. Their teaching has provided a spiritual haven for me that is unequaled.

Tenth Gate is a hidden gem. Its pristine, beautiful environment carries an energy of peace and grace that you can feel as soon as you walk through the doors. The classes are amazing ~ you can find everything from deeply restorative hatha to kundalini with some of the world's great masters! It's my favorite yoga center for deep practice.

This place provided me sanctuary at a very important time in my life. The teachers there really live their teaching and do not hesitate to meet you where ever you are at in your life. In my experience, Reinette provided an endless resource of inspiration and encouragement whilst directing me towards listening to higher self for guidance. The saddest thing to me is that I live across the country and can not make it there for her classes! There is a lot more offered there now than there was before. Tarot readings, even more workshops and even Reiki services! Tenth Gate is a very valuable business

The prenatal class with Andi has been wonderful. She is a gentle, skilled teacher who sets a great mood for connecting with your body and your baby. The physical building is a beautiful studio with a welcoming and relaxed aura. The variety of classes available make it almost a "one stop shop," which I plan to take full advantage of once I'm no longer "prenatal."
