Ok place, gravel roads and not smooth for the ride in. When I stayed I couldn't get a good wifi connection and called the manager. He gave me a phone number to the wifi company and told me to call them. When I come and your internet site says we provide wifi and I pay for this service why do I have to call the wifi company technical support to resolve a problem at your park?

Check in made me sick, I have allergies to cigarette smoke and when I came for a weekend, went to the office with a medical mask on the smell of cigarette smoke inside was very strong (you would think you walked into a bar). Being a (park) take pride in your office such as cleanliness as that's the first thing your guests see, there should be a sign outside for those who do not want to breathe in nicotine upon entering the office as well for courtesy and more so if they have kids, teens or a medical condition like myself.

Looks like many long term residents. Very quite with decent shade trees. Gravel pads. Our gravel pad require no additional leveling. Huge fenced dog area with plush grass. Close to TAMU. Only drawback is little grass where you drop your steps, mostly dirt to be tracked into RV. Will stay here when visiting TAMU.

Great place for short or long stay....not fancy and no concrete but trees and friendly people. The management was thoughtful and eager to help when we needed it. Our stay was extended and so we are returning after 2 years for another extended stay. It is off the main highway to Houston and quiet with clean restrooms and laundry. Thanks LAZY G you're great. Nice small campground. Sites have fairly level gravel surfaces. There are a good number of medium and large trees, so many sites are shaded. Campground staff were pleasant and helpful when I made the reservation, at registration, and once when I needed help. The only caveats are that the sites are fairly close together and the park is geared to longer stays-- there aren't any park activities. This is strictly a place to stay, rest, and sleep. It's pretty good for that!

I stayed here for 2 months but intended to be long term throughout my college career. I left because the park manager was rude and creepy! I left my camper late one night to go somewhere and the manager was parked in front of my camper and behind my car not allowing me to pull out. I didn’t know how long he had been there and it was very creepy. The guy kept trying to add charges to my rent. I would not recommend staying here the only nice thing about it was it’s location on the outskirts of college station.

My husband and I go there often for a few days. We like that it is not a Concrete Jungle. There is grass and trees and shrubs and birds. The place is not fancy but it is kept up and the bathrooms have always been clean and nice and well-appointed. Again not fancy but clean and adequate. The manager strives to help you with your needs. It is almost impossible to get a reservation during football weekend but that is true of any place within 30 miles of College Station. The park is located right off of Highway 6 which means it's easy to get around the college station area. You can hear the noise from
