Our mission at Karstens RV Resort is to provide our guest with a Modern and Clean RV community. Karstens RV RESORT in College Station features a full-size, on-site Laundry Facility for all our residents and guests. Services
Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accept any breeds, such as Pit Bulls, Chows, Mastiffs, Doberman, Rottweilers, Wolf-mixes and Malamutes or any combination of dog that includes these breeds. Yes, we know most pets, of these breeds, are loving and friendly pets, but our insurance carrier excludes them from our insurance policy, therefore we must also exclude them.

I will echo all the positive reviews: Friendly staff & People, quiet, concrete pads, good water & pressure, power is good ( we do use a Hughes autoformer however), grounds well kept and it is clean here.
When we arrived it was an easy in affair and easy into the site. We turned on our Sprint MiFi and zip, like in zero, signal. Later in the week there were 3 - 4 bars and good internet so it must have been failed tower equipment. We scanned OTA TV channels and found 13 solid channels. The park does have cable with advertised 24 channels but we cannot get more than 8 channels and they are not the

Very good and clean place!
The people here are very nice.
If you plan to stay here as a full time RVer, better also get a storage space here, at least a 10x10.
I checked every rv place in town and this one is the best!

We were in a pinch and needed to find a place to stay quick. From what I saw it was the cheapest in the area and even had a pool. Very clean and quiet RV resort. Weekly rate was $180 which we found very reasonable. The WiFi could be a bit patchy, but overall wasn’t bad. I have T-mobile and it worked fine.Sites are a kind of close but far enough for a little personal space. If you don’t already and are staying a few nights you should invest in some reflectix for the windows. Helped a lot with the sun beating down and just about everyone in the park has it on their windows. Highly recommend this

Ok for an overnight. Very crowded and hookups were challenging. Water, power, electric we’re all separated from each other and barely enough room to open slides without hitting the pedestal. We finally maneuvered the coach enough to find level but without hooking up the water. Office was friendly and tried to help by selling us an extension for our power cord. At least double the price. Lots of permanent residents.

I have only visited someone with a site here. The sites are very close to one another. The park is well maintained. There is a swimming pool but I have not been to it. This park is much nicer than other places I've parked my RV.

Great place to stay. They make you feel like it’s your OWN home not just an RV park. No problems whatsoever. Very well kept place. We didn’t want to leave but work called us elsewhere. 10 stars!! Thank you Karstens for your hospitality. Miss it already!

The hook ups are very oddly set up for our 38ft rig. We had to park it backwards and run everything under the RV and then get an extra hose to reach the water. It's so weird. I also don't like how there's not enough space to walk to the door once parked. They need to add some sidewalks. Lots of places don't have trees or good wifi so that's not a deal breaker for me.. though a picnic table would be nice. I read some other reviews that you could get a direct internet connection from a local company, so that's awesome. I give it 3 stars only because of how oddly the utilities are set up and that

Nice, newer very clean campground. Cement pads for your trailer and tow vehicle. 30/50 amp electrical, water and sewer connections at each spot. Very clean relaxing pool. Clean and spacious bathrooms and seperate showers. There's also a nice big dog park at the front of the property. The owners/managers are very nice. A real country setting - surrounded by cows and fields but close to Veterans Park, the A&M campus, shopping, restaurants, churches, gas stations and liquor store. The only negative is the lack of trees and shade. One other "negative" - being so close to the A&M campus, the campground
