Hello, this was our first visit to this park. Very nice and new. Grounds are more awesome than most. Love the trees! Concrete pads on all locations which is a huge plus! WiFi worked great for my wife needing to do video calls! Great rec room and private, individual shower/ restrooms. You are next to a busy highway that runs between Caldwell and Bryan so sitting outside can be a little noisy during the day and early morning but usually gets better at night. All residents seem very quiet and their areas well kept. No trailerhood mess if you know what I mean. Very convenient gas station with large

Far enough away to feel secluded but close enough for convenience. Fabulous service, and extremely accommodating, we are here for work and the park is clean. We have access to the office 24/7 for internet and relaxation and the kitchen always has refreshments. Will be here until we are finished, very satisfied. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great facility! Full hookups, 50A service, concrete pads for the rig + enough space to park the tow vehicle & another car. Last weekend was our first time at this spot, but if our kid goes to A&M, we'll definitely be back.
I had a minor self-inflicted issue at checkout, lost the key to my hitch pin, and needed a little extra time to run out and get an angle-grinder. I called the office to let them know, and they were absolutely accommodating and sympathetic to my situation.

We have been staying at 12th Park since it opened last Fall and we won’t ever stay anywhere else when we are in College Station. The owners and staff are amazing! We are from Florida and keep our RV there during Aggie volleyball/football season. The amenities are so well maintained and are so clean. The grounds are beautiful! So peaceful and still only six minutes from campus. We love the free game day shuttle for football!

We have been staying at the resort for a few months and they are really nice! I work from home and have to have internet! The internet is not very good here! They have called the provider and can't do anything! They told me to move our rig which we are not going to ! I spoke with another couple who were close to the office he was outside on his computer because it did not work in his rig. We moved from Front Royal Va up in the mountains far from everyone!
