The whole office is great, but Jenny Seagers in particular is amazing!! I never have to worry about my auto insurance situation thanks to her. She is SO responsive, I think she's answered the phone within 1 ring every time I've called. She is always able to solve any issues I have with my auto loan especially, as they require proof of insurance periodically. I recently had to end my auto and renter's insurance with State Farm because I relocated up North for a new work opportunity. I have been a very satisfied customer for 2-3 years. Working with the John Tran branch of State Farm has been great! They take the time to answer my many questions and they're easy to reach. I just moved to California from North Carolina and the John Tran team has been great helping me transition. I have renters insurance and 2 car insurances with them and have no plans to change that. I'm pretty neurotic and asked for 15 different versions of the quotes I wanted. Jenny Seagers was more than happy to provide all of them so I could pick the one best suited for me. I had a wonderful experience working with Tam to set up my new State Farm Renters policy for a condo in San Diego. She was extremely kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process.
Setting up the policy was fast, transparent, and easy. I did not have to spend hours on the phone waiting to speak to a representative like I have at some other insurance companies.

This review is for Duy Vo who patiently and carefully explained parts of insurance that I didn't know. Thought I did. Claims are the worst part of insurance. He explained this is the part where State Farm excels in numerous situations. Like during disasters State Farm blocks out hotel rooms for their clients and other companies leave it to the customer. Duy explained that State Farm will cover unlimited car rental when there is a loss. I double checked my Wawanesa policy and although cheaper maxes out at a certain dollar amount. Highest level wouldn't last 3 weeks, Not good. Very glad

I've been with State Farm for a lot of years now and I recently changed to another agent because I moved, I chose John Tran Agency and it has been great, the team is always helpful, my agent Martin always clears any doubts I have. I recently got into an accident and I soon as I called a team member answered the phone and transferred me to Martin who handles my account, the process was smooth and helped me figure out the next steps to get my car fixed and everything, team members are very friendly. Do not go to this agency! I have had nothing but problems since Marty, the original agent, left and retired. Every problem that happens is caused by the people who work for John Tran and they have messed up 4 different accounts from 4 different people I know that now have this new agent. I do not know if John Tran cares since he allows the people who work and represent him to have the power to change customers accounts and then makes it our burden to fix the messes his employees actually changed in the computer instead of reversing what they did to begin with Plus they give out information that

Blayne was so helpful when we went in for an auto insurance quote. He broke down everything we needed to know about insurance (all we knew before was that the law said we needed it) and it was an eye opener! There was never any sort of "sales pitch" type of pressure. After our talk, he gave us a quote, and now we have appropriate coverage and a reasonable premium. We definitely will go back to him for other needs!
