Careful they rotate brokers quicker than you can order your favorite drink. Be very mindful of policy dates when you pay in a increment of 6 months or better. They mail you a reminder after the due date and then 2-3 days later you received a policy cancellation offering to reinstate. Then when you call it's not your original broker and your told that paper was generated in error. I would respect you guys more if you just say re-writing your your policy helps me gain a Broker fee. And on top of the monopoly this new group of people are RUDE!

I was having trouble with my account such as logging in for my respective insurance company, and a few other informational gaps. Joyce wasn't just professional but efficient and fast as well! Took no more than 5 minutes to help me through my issues with no gaps for error or wasted breathe. JSB has always been on top to resolve issues and provide best insurance rates but Joyce really helped make my frustrated day way easier! Thanks!

In the past several months I've been dealing with 3 different agents. The first was very polite and courteous and did what he had to do but when I needed him when I was dealing with the DMV he was nowhere to be found. While I was trying to contact him I dealt with my 2nd agent, she pick up the ball and took care of my needs. Fast forward 6 months. My policy was going to expire in about a month and an agent named Ceaser Garcia introduced himself and let me know if I had any questions regarding continuing my policy. I blew him off and I'll worry about that when the time comes... well the time came

Extremely poor service. We cancelled our homeowners' policy through JSB specifically due to the poor quality of service / ineptitude, and will never use them again. This guy keeps sending me spam email even though I have no interest in doing business with him. There is no way to opt out of his emails as required by law. I won't do business with a company like this.
I'm giving honest 3 stars because this service used to be good for a long time, Sadly not anymore.

They are horrible at customer services as some people are saying below. Whoever I talked with, Jeremy or whoever that was ASKING FOR A GOOD REVIEW on Yelp even before he hasn't done anything for me. He might be saying all the "good" things sounding like he cares over the phone by adding "I'm working so bard, and I'll find you a best price... blah blah blah", but after almost a month, they sent some paperwork's to a wrong address, and when I called them for a new insurance card, this weird girl receptionist who took

BEWARE!!! I was charged nearly $500 in broker fee and the service was poor. Joe wasn't friendly and accommodating to my needs, once the fee is collected your on your own. I've called around for comparison and found out the broker fee was way over the market value, now you can say that is my fault but it shouldn't give a reason to take advantage of someone in need of an insurance. Shame on this place and Joe for being money hungry business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS whatsoever.

I had a policy here for about a year and it was so confusing having gone through a third party to buy insurance. My account said that my policy was no longer active and I called for help. They can't help you access your account if you for some reason can't access it. They also don't really care about helping you if you need help.

I was assisted by Jesus, Henry and Robert throughout the years who have been friendly and open minded. Fully understanding my needs and what I'm buying.
In contrast to other places that try to sell you what they have, not what you want to buy. It's very important, at least to me. Also, depending on your situation, you also have the flexibility to switch between insurance companies if necessary. 100% Recommended!

HORRIBLE company to deal with. I was charged a very high broker fee which would maybe be okay if they did their job well.
They input my address, telephone and email wrong so I haven't received any mail from my insurers. Expect to be charged fees for any changes you make on your account.
I'm in the process of switching to a different agent. I advise you to do some research.There are many who'll provide great service without a fee. It can easily save you a few hundred dollars.
