Brian and his team helped us out big time. Our tree service had a bucket truck stuck in a lawn and Brian was out in no time at all. By the time our crew was finished taking a lunch break, the truck was out of the lawn and ready to work again. He helped us out with a special price because he knew BrinkStar tree service was a veteran owned and operated company. My 2019 ram pickup truck was sideswiped by a riding lawn mower I did not think this could be properly repaired to to my expectations. I could not believe it when I got my truck back it was perfect and I mean perfect you could not tell in way my truck had been sideswiped. I have been here twice because of accidents with the same car. They did a fantastic, professional job fixing my Subaru. Chris was very nice and good at communicating to me during the process of doing the repairs. I have been to other auto body shops in the past, this is the only shop I trust to do quality work at a fair price!

Very disappointed!!! Dropped my car off to get front quarter panel painted because the paint was pealing. Was quoted $400 to do this which was double what Maaco quoted which I thought was a fair price. Asked if there would be a problem matching paint and was told we are not Maaco. When I went to pick up my car I was shocked (see picture). My car door clear coat was now pealing. No phone call or anything to prepare me for what I was about to see. I took an aftermarket spoiler by Stillen to get painted and it turned out to be a nightmare of a process.
I brought the spoiler in and they said it can easily be painted with no issues. They charged me 225. I was fine with the price. They said they will call me when it was ready. They took pictures of the door panel that has the paint code.
During the 1st week, I get a miss phone call but no message. I dialed the number the next day and it was one of the workers (I'm not to sure of the names). He said he was trying to reach me because the painter took pictures of the wrong sticker and they had

They repaired and repainted the door on my fiance's Scion TC after it scraped along a cement pillar in a parking garage. It was deeply scratched and dented in. I was blown away at how amazing of a job they did. The car is silver which is usually a hard color to blend but they made it match and flow perfectly with the other panels. It looks flawless. The car also had a deep gash on the side skirt below the door which they kindly fixed for free. This is the fifth time my family has been to John Pratt over the years.
