Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Cannot say enough nice things about this veterinary clinic. From front office staff to the doctor....everyone was very kind and helpful. I never felt rushed through. There is a family feel to it.
I had a complex issue with my cat and they went out of their way to help solve it. And called later to follow up. I'm happy to have established care there.

We are new to Ark Animal Hosp. and even though they are higher than what I am use too we really love this place. We doctored our dog Maisy with another vet for ear infections for too long, and finally went here to Dr. Mueller. Maisy is a very happy girl now and so are we.
We have taken our two kittens here recently and always feel confident with the outstanding vet service. Everyone at Ark animal hospital are very nice and knowledgeable of what they are doing.

We recently moved from Texas and I was a little nervous switching over my dog of 9 years to a new vet. Dr. Muellar and her staff at the Ark Animal Hospital were amazing. As we walked in, the receptionist treated us like family. I brought my two year old daughter, and she provided her with books to keep her entertained while we waited for the Dr. to come in. Dr. Muellar spent time with us in the room, explaining everything in detail, which was greatly appreciated. We definitely will be keeping our animals at the ARK Animal Hospital. Thank you for everything and making us feel comfortable!

I switched to this vet and have not been disappointed! They are very accommodating with my scared dog. They are also very knowledgeable about the MDR1 gene and listen to all your concerns. It's reasonably priced and the staff are super nice!

This practice has taken exceptional care of my dogs. I'm talking above and beyond, over the top, care. These people have squeezed us in, helped us after hours, been patient and kind with my anxious/needy doggies, and have accommodated my schedule over the course of two traumatic ACL surgeries, countless follow ups, and a seborrhea flare up. Ark Animal Hospital is an amazing facility with an incredible staff. I'm greeted warmly on the phone or in person every time. Every vet there takes the time to get to know our pets and works to find out what is going on with them. We had an a exceptionally difficult issue with our Beagle and eventually had to put her down. Dr. Smith was exceptionally caring and understanding to our pain.
I always feel like I'm getting the best care and they always explain things clearly. All potential charges are explained beforehand and they won't do something I don't okay.

Today was our first vet visit and I could not be more pleased we chose Ark Animal Hospital and Dr. Sarah Smith! Crowley actually didn't want to leave he liked it so much (might have been the Easy Cheese)...seriously though, the facilities are beautiful and it is extremely clean. From the front desk to the tech to Dr. Smith, herself, everyone was so incredibly nice and loved Crowley. Dr. Smith, Dr. Stahlheber, and their entire staff are so amazing! There is no one more I would trust with my pup! The staff makes scheduling a piece of cake, the techs are incredibly loving, thoughtful, and helpful, and the vets are top notch. I trusted Yelp recommendations when choosing a vet for Hank, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Awesome experience! I recently moved to the Edwardsville area and within the first few weeks, my little dog had a bladder infection. She's had serious kidney stones in the past, so I wanted to get her in to see a vet ASAP. I called Ark early on a Friday morning, and we were with Dr. Smith less than 2 hours later! She is extremely thorough and caring, and with xrays, ultrasound, and prescription antibiotics, I thought the fees were very reasonable. I have been going to an established Vet in Edwardsville for nearly 40 years. I decided after a very bad experience at my former Vet to try Ark Animal Hospital and I am so happy I did.
I stopped in today to their charming, friendly and very homey facility and made an appointment for an examine and needed vaccinations for my Bearded Collie Gus.
Dr Sarah Smith and her assistant Robin could not have been more professional and caring. I feel Gus got a thorough exam, as a matter of fact they went above and beyond any other veterinary care my pets have ever received.

Dr. Sarah Smith and her staff are just superb. They are very welcoming and offer excellent care. Dr. Smith is gentle, compassionate, and very knowledgable. Her office has all the newest technology and receipts / records are emailed after each visit. Dr. Smith also follows every appointment with a personally written email detailing all that was discussed. Most importantly, our dog was completely at ease in her office. I highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital for all your pet needs!
