Giving a shout out to Dot the receptionist. She's the reason why we brought our parakeet here. She was so polite and friendly that you just knew your bird was going to be in good hands! She happened to be off work today we brought our little parakeet mango and but it really didn't matter because the staff and the doctor were all super professional and compassionate. Unfortunately mango was at the end of this life and we decided to euthanize him because of the pain and suffering he was experiencing. Anyway I think we ended up at the right place even after an hour and a half drive. Thank you heartland

Really a top notch organization. The doctor explains everything in logical terms that you can understand. Very well kept and clean inside, I saw one of the office staff swiffering twice while I was there, and I was only there 20-25 minutes. The parking lot for the complex is a little dated, but not a big deal. Pricing is very reasonable and makes me more likely to take my animals knowing that I am not going to get price gouged. Highly recommended.

Nice small vet. The staff is cheerful and great with my cat. Dr. Adam was personable and professional and didn't talk down to me when I asked questions. The office and exam rooms were clean. There is on-site grooming available. The prices are fair and won't break the bank. They offer a small discount if you pay with cash or check. My kitty really seemed at ease here so we will be back.

We love Heartland! Amanda has groomed our dog, Sophie, a few times now, and she always does an amazing job. She’s so kind and easy to work with. Dr. Ohms is also great and is very knowledgeable. He allowed me to ask questions and thoroughly answered all of them, which I appreciate. All staff I’ve talked to both in person and over the phone have been pleasant to work with. Everyone is always very friendly, and the office is always pristine. We recently moved to the area, and I’m very happy with our decision to take our fur babies to Heartland!
