We have stayed with you for the last 4 years twice a year for bike week and Biketoberfest. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We stayed at another hotel for 3 nights before we came here, I wish we would have found this place first. The rooms were remodeled and very clean.
The only negative thing was it is not beachfront but there is a ramp to the beach right across the street so it is not that inconvenient at all, and the check-out time is 10:00 and I am used to an 11:00 check-out time, really wish they would change it to give guest that extra hour.

No ac in room when we arrived at 4:30 pm , we paid 159.00 for a 59.00 room and they said we needed to call ahead if we wanted the room cool when we ck in. It's August in Florida, Yes we want air . Said they would refund our money since we did not stay. And then when I called on Monday they refused. Do not trust any of the office staff talked to 4 different people , they just pass you around.

If I could give a zero review I would. The people there were unprofessional and rude. When me and my mother in law where staying, we had two reservations and they charged us 17$ the second night we spent there or we had to leave at 10 and come back at 4, because of the “reservation”. Which we had paired for already through there website. We have a special need child, and the manger came out yelling at him because he was having an episode. We tried explaining that he’s autistic and doesn’t understand, and he continued to yell at our child. I’m disgusted by there behavior and wouldn’t

Too expensive compared to other nearby motels
Checking in was a bit prisonlike, paying for your key through a secure window in a sealed box.
I reserved through Booking.com, but they emailed me that my credit card was declined? So I can't post my review there. However, my credit card was charged normally for the agreed amount ($300 for 3 nights).
The motel looked like it was zapped by a shrink ray, with everything smaller than one might expect, but you could still move around and everything was there, including wifi, cable TV, a fridge (no freezer) and microwave.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a motel. There was illegal drug use occurring on the property while we were trying to check in. They could not figure out which card to charge the room to. I changed the card online but they wanted the original card I had booked with (which was no longer usable at the time we checked in) and charged it to that card which I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO CHARGE THAT CARD. I felt so incredibly unsafe while checking in that we didn’t even stay at the property. They were VERY unhelpful in their refund policy (which is posted saying

I love the pool here. The architecture also is beautiful and pleasing to look at. But the Queen bedroom is so tiny!! Literally can't even open the dresser drawers all the way 😂 Also, the outlet to fridge/microwave combo was shorting. shower was well built and luxurious. However, the tile around the drain has not been sanded smooth or even covered with rubber so be careful.
