The owners/front desk staff are very polite and compassionate. They go out of their way to accommodate guests and are very patient and kind. These are not the greedy rude non-caring foreigners the Daytona Beach "motel" has become known for. The rooms are kept clean and nice and you can feel safe while staying here.

The manager Bill Bhana wanted to charge me an extra $100 after already booking the room. I was told the room wasnt ready yet so i left for an hour, when i came back he cancelled the room! "I figured you werent coming back", not sure why anyone would "figure" that when the room wasnt ready to begin with.. my payment hasnt been reimbursed, he told me to f off. 0/10 would not reccommend.

I always enjoy staying here, the rooms are nice and large in size, they also have kitchenettes,and beautiful ocean front views.
They also offer a pool and large BBQ"S in the pool area with plenty of seating I think the biggest reason I keep returning is the staff is great,friendly, knowledgeable and professional

I was told there would be a $50 deposit for the reservation, and that the full price of $489 would be paid onsite when we got there. Instead, the opposite was true, it was $489 now and $50 when we get there. Now that we are unable to make our stay at this location they are fighting us with great audacity to get our money back. It is before the actual day of our attendance so it is not as if we are trying to get a refund for not being happy; we have not even set foot in the building. I would be perfectly fine with being out the $50 as that is reasonable for a security deposit, but instead we are

PROS :The bed was clean and comfortable.
We were a step away from the pool and beach . The AC worked great . TV , Wifi , microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker were provided . We stayed 5 nights with no drama .
CONS: I had to request towels .
Coffee was not supplied . Thankfully a Winn Dixie was close so we purchased our own .
Not once did housekeeping come to the room . It could have used a good vacuuming and extra tissue . I happened to have brought an extra roll .
I personally do a quick clean before I stay . It was clean so not much to do over .

I love this place because it’s quiet, on the sand, and not in Daytona proper. The staff at the front desk is pretty laid back. They remember my name and welcome me back with a smile. The rates are comparable to other mom and pop hotels. I will always put them at the top of my list to check with when I get to town. You should too!
