Numerous businesses each year are forced to confront litigation due to some type of internal or external dispute. There are times when competitors, clients, or even parties within an entity engage in unethical practices. Other times, two parties may have a simple disagreement over the interpretation of a contract.
When two or more parties enter into a contractual agreement, it is expected that they will fulfill the terms and conditions of the agreement. In many instances, however, this does not happen. Sometimes, the wording of a contract is vague and the parties have separate interpretations of its meaning.
