Attorney David Rechenberg was hired after I had a motor vehicle accident that involved Workmen Comp and Personal Injury. In approximately 30 days after my accident, I was involved in another automobile accident on the express way. I was in a place that no one wanted to be in [2] separate accident with a neck injury. Attorney Rechenberg assured me that he will represent me to the best of ability with the Workmen Comp case along with the [2] personal injury cases. David and team were great from the start. I knew after the first visit what was required of me and the process. David even had me make a phone call during my first visit, to clarify an item with my insurance company.
During the process, I was copied on all letters sent out and given personal updates when needed. When I had questions, they were answered in a timely manner.

Not much more I can say that has not been said. Jim Andrle is the best lawyer I have had in my 11 years of constant chasing of my marital agreement. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, and fair. Straight and to the point and a pit bull when fighting for your rights. I wish I had him originally for my divorce lawyer. I hired this office to defend me in a speeding ticket incident in which I did not believe that I was at fault of guilt. I tried to get ahold of my attorney before the court date but was unable to contact him to talk about disputing the speeding ticket. I had done my own research and investigated the models of the Lidar equipment used by the police that pulled me over to track my speed and based upon the specifications of the equipment and the range of the reported clock speed distance in combination with the fact that I had no front license plate, should have dramatically reduced accurate reading

Way too expensive! Do not use David Franks- not confident in winning a simple speeding ticket case. Tried telling me it would take multiple court cases to resolve. Wanted to charge another $2500 If taken to trial when trial was not even necessary. Tells people he charges the bond amount. If I wanted to pay the bond amount I wouldn't have needed a lawyer. Waste of time! My case was resolved in one court date oh and even better.... had the audacity to ask if my parents were paying (mind you I am 25 years old)

I called David Frank's office to request legal advice on handling two moving violations. The secretary told me that I would have to make an appointment with Mr. Franks.
