The staff is super friendly, for the most part, so I hate to leave a bad review but come on folks. I should have inspected the job before tipping. Next time I'll just spend the time cleaning my own car and save the money. It's unfortunate they've gone downhill. Sorry!

This place is amazing. It's like a full detail for $23. My car was so dirty and looks like new after. I can't believe anyone would complain about their car not being perfect for $23. Lol. The staff works so hard and it's so hot out it's amazing they don't pass out. I hope they are paid well. My only complaint is that they don't have a tip box where you can put your tips for them to pool. I feel like this is a bad management decision because it's just random who gets tipped when multiple people are working on your car, so I ended up giving $15 in tips to make sure at least 3 people got one.

Worst car wash experience! Ticket writer was super rude if you don't get some expensive package. After telling him I just need a basic wash, he pouts and rudely scribbles my ticket. The vacuum guys were awful. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the inside of my car in the parking lot after since they were closed. This place is called 'in and out" for a reason, they want your money "in" and want you "out" fast with a poor quality wash. Stay away.

This is the 2nd time I have used In & Out Wash. The first time I was disappointed with the services I received, but decided to give them one more try. Both times I have taken my car in to have the inside and outside cleaned, it was done very poorly. It looked as if no one cleaned the inside. I am better off doing it myself or take it further down the road to have someone else do it. The pictures don't really so it justice due to lighting. You have to zoom in to fully see how nasty my car was left, after it had been "cleaned".

These guys are always good and friendly. The general manager is normally cruising around pointing out spots employees miss so it ends up better than it would’ve been. Unless you’re paying to get it detailed, don’t expect a detailed cleaning. They run your car through the wash, dry it and get the inside and wheels and tires wiped down. The best wash is the one right below the top one. Unless you need a wax you’re just spending extra.
