Just left and came right home so I could start wiping down the interior of my car and vacuuming. I can’t believe how poorly they did on my vehicle. There was even a spray that they had used and it had not been wiped in several places. So of course, the entire vehicle needed to be wiped again to remove all the extra spray. Additionally, my steering wheel was greasy which made the drive home really fun. I paid for the top of the line clean $59.95 - not worth it at all. Will absolutely not go back.

Very good wash, there are some spots on your vehicle it seems to never get, nooks around the rear license plate, etc etc, but overall great. Especially the ladies who do the interior cleaning, not only do they vacuum but they wipe down and dust the console, dash, steering wheel etc. Highly recommend adding it to your wash.

My 2014 VW Touareg is a work vehicle. I legit have not washed this car this year and only washed it once last year (terrible I know) - just to give you an idea of how filthy it was. I just picked it up from a detail today and the car looks about brand new. Vacuumed the seats, got in all the little crevices - stellar job. I live around the corner so plan on being a regular. Thanks for the great service!

When we first entered the car wash there was a guy who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Not very friendly and when we asked him a question he said that he doesn’t know. Not very good English. Nobody talks to you or answers your questions. One person was friendly and it was the dude who tells you to put your car in neutral but he didn’t even talk he just smiled. When we first went into the actual car wash, there were just bubbles not actual soap that didn’t clean anything. The water flow was just a mist so there was still soap on our car after the wash. I was last there 2 years ago. It was $7 then, no additional for vans. Now it's $10 plus $2 for van. I pulled up, the man took over 5 minutes to acknowledge me although he was standing next to my van and no one was ahead of me. He warned me not to expect much for an exterior only wash. I did hope I would at least be able to tell it had been cleaned a little, but it was a total waste of money. I will definitely not return. I have been going here for over two years seven new Lexus. I noticed today while detailing the car that all four wheels have been destroyed I’ve only had the car less than three months I would not go here I’m going to talk to the manager Phil tomorrow to get paid for new wheels.
I went by and talked to Phil today it was not the car wash that did the damage to my wheels I did it on a curb covered by Lexus they will repair

This place is awesome!!! First you drive around the massive, high tech facility and enter the exterior wash. I got the Manager's Special and saved about 20% right from the start. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Quick and easy transaction. A trip through the exterior wash is like a laser light show! Definitely not your run of the mill Mt Pleasant car wash... this place is special and high tech! You can tell the brushes are softer than most other places, so no worry of scratches... and there are a ton more of them so they get your car cleaner than most. I was so entertained by the light

Stopped down today which is Jan 15, 2020. Before heading to 'The Battery' in Charleston, SC. I stopped at this establishment and got myself one of the many services they offer. I was absolutely blown away and very happy with the result of what Phil's team had done with my car. I want to extend my thanks to Phil, which come to find out he's a local native to CT, which is where I'm from. He made me feel like a part of the family.
