BEWARE! Car wash so strong the machine tore the spoiler off my Lexus SUV. Reached out to company 2x to get repaired but have not heard back. Cleaned the car but at great personal expense.

Critical: Quality
Their laser wash literally just stopped washing my car mid job. There is never anyone on duty here nor is their any contact info posted for issues. Not the first port experience here. Vacuums are always in disrepair and frequently don’t work well.

None of the 4 self wash stalls have anything they advertised. 3/4 did not have soap. Feel robbed.

The vacuum cleaner is a joke. Literally...it does nothing...barely any suction power at all. Dont waste your time or money.

Paid for the platinum wash and it accepted my card but the car wash never came on! There was no sign saying anything wasn't working. I will never go here again! No phone number to call or anyway to get my money back. The owner of this carwash should be embarrassed! Terrible customer service if any!
