I’ve reached out numerous times to speak with someone there. I had decided I might as well submit an application for a property. Come to find out the property had been rented out approximately the same exact time that I had submitted an application. Still no calls back. No information from anyone. Terrible professionalism. Now I’ve wasted $100 that I apparently can’t even speak to anyone about who gives a damn.

I have been dealing with them as a renter for 6 years. They are impossible to deal with. I've never been able to reach someone by phone, I always have to leave a voicemail during business hours. And they never return the call. Frustrating. They do respond to email but it's not a timely response and sometimes they ignore those too. When I was having an AC issue and could get no response from them for months, I seriously questioned if they were even a real company with real people or not. Well they certainly take my money every month so there must be somebody there.

I am not renter, I am neighbor of renter. I Rent For You has rented a property next to mine and after numerous complaints to I Rent For You with issues of their "living habits", no response or addressing the complaints, I now have to file court work to stop these hillbillies from open fires, leaving old furniture in the yard for year at a time, rats. Roach infestation into my property. Four big dogs living in garage. Three kids and who knows how many adults. They come and go. These are slum lord managers!! Now there are rats living in the old furniture butting against our common wall

The communication and follow up with this company is terrible. I've never had any issues getting my rent from them, but it takes days for them to follow up to questions - and many times I have to hound them for answers. They are not a proactive rental company and I'm currently having to nag them about my tenants lease that's almost up. This is my first experience with a rental company, so I have no comparison, but I'd say that I Rent 4 You is not my first choice.
