We have been owners at Terra Vista, Cave Creek AZ since 2010.
I believe J Squared has been our property manager since 2012.
They are absolutely amazing. Travis and his team are always professional and quick to answer any questions.
Our property is beautifully maintained. It has a resort like atmosphere. Can't say enough good things about this company.

J Squared is the Property Management Company for Terra Vista in Cave Creek, AZ. I first notified Travis of the Water Damage to my Interior Unit on October 3, 2018. 14 Days later and the Exterior problem has not been corrected. I have continued to take on more water and Damage. I have consistently notified Travis when it was raining, when more water was coming in my Unit, and stated my immediate concern of more rain and Damage many times. October 3, 2018, via email to Travis, I requested the Exterior be addressed so I would not receive more Damage.

J Squared manages the Villages at Verona. I’ve been looking to buy in the Phoenix area for several months now and doing research on communities/neighborhoods. A friend lives here, Villages at Verona, and I’ve heard nothing but concerning things about the HOA board. The board seems poorly run and largely inexperienced. It seems as if the board is a compilation of homeowners interested in advancing their own agendas and serving their own self-interests rather than attending to the community. Parking is a major issue and rather than coming up with solutions, the board just hands out violations

We have recently had J Squared take over as the management company for the sub division I live in, and I cannot tell you how much better and they are than the previous company!
They are proactive and reactive on issues that have been brought to their attention, and Travis is patient, informative and knowledgeable when asked questions about issues in the community.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
