The ceiling is stunning antiqued metal that will immediately catch your eye, plus the walls are decorated elegantly, and the understated chairs are simple and fit the room perfectly. For the front of the room it is decorated with white chiffon and lights which make your time up there magical. And did you notice that amazing stained glass light piece?

For everyone else involved in the preperation of either your wedding or special event, we have two great Hospitality Rooms.
413 on Wacouta was such an incredible wedding venue. The venue itself is beautiful with such a classic St Paul vibe. The flow of the wedding from ceremony to reception is perfect and the staff makes it super easy and stress free. The reception area was cool in the summer heat and acoustics were awesome on the perfectly sized dance floor.

I first saw 413 at a wedding show 2 days after I got engaged on Valentines Day, 2020, and I knew right away it was going to be the perfect venue for us. We looked at others, but none gave us the same excitement! We specifically liked the location, many of our guests were coming from out of state and the venue is conveniently located to hotels, the green line, airport, etc. The Gilbert building was a beautiful backdrop for many photos & the chandeliers in the ceremony & reception space gave it that extra pop. It ended up raining on the day, so we did many photos inside & in the skyway. We haven

I photographed a wedding here on New Year’s Eve. It was snowing so much! The venue had such a nice space to help keep us warm. The amazing rooftop view with the Capitol in the background was absolutely stunning! The front of the building is a place for formal portraits as well as the skyways. Rice park is just down the street and was a must for gorgeous Christmas light photos. The dance floor is spacious as is the reception area. The ceremony space is great for a more intimate setting. The staff was super helpful and happy to accommodate any requests the bridal couple had.

My husband and I recently held our wedding at the 413 on Wacouta and it was an absolute dream. We were supposed to be getting married at Harriet Island Pavilion, but because of the flooding got a call 2 weeks before our wedding saying we needed to relocate. James found the 413 online and called Britty and from the first interaction we were hooked, hopeful, and relieved. Britty took our stressful situation and turned it into a wonderful dream. She responds back to emails extremely fast and was very kind and helpful in any and all ways. With our unique situation and the wedding being two weeks out

My wife and I could not be happier with our experiencing having a wedding at 413 on Wacouta. The venue itself is absolutely wonderful. A gorgeous historical building that is full of St Paul character. Having the ceremony and the reception at one location was a HUGE hit with our guests and made the evening absolutely seamless.
But in my opinion, the best element of 413 was working with the wonderful staff. I know that I was pretty intimidated by the thought of helping organize a wedding - but once we met Britty (the venue manager) - my minds was absolutely put at ease.

From the moment we toured 413 we were enraptured by its unique beauty. Stepping up to the building you can tell it's a well preserved historic building. Walking in you find a room for the bride to prepare as well as Britty's office. We hadn't realized it yet, but you go down a level to get to the main space which we thought was so unique to 413. Going down in the elevator we had no idea what to expect and we were completely blown away!! There's exposed brick, pipes, color changing interior lights, designated bar space as well as a stage. Plus there's a bathroom downstairs

When my partner and I began our search for the perfect Saint Paul wedding venue, we didn't expect to go with 413 on Wacouta at first. After emailing owner/operator Britty a few times, it was clear that this gal is on top of things! We finally met with her and toured the space and absolutely fell in LOVE with the venue! On top of the beautiful building, inside and out, Britty made our experience so easy and stress free. She was available to answer questions, show the venue off to our visiting families, and she has the biggest list of caterers that we had yet seen. We also had an incredible

This was a wonderful Venue! We are still getting rave reviews from our guests that attended our wedding here in May!
Our favorite part after visiting 413, was just how beautiful the site was without any decorations needed! It is stunning! We could not have asked for a better location!
Britty was very helpful, and made our planning process and the day of run smooth and on time! We could not be more pleased! Thank you for making our day, on we will remember forever! 5/24/15

We had a wonderful wedding reception at 413 on Wacouta. First, Britty was extremely helpful and accommodating in planning the day. She was a delight to work with for me and was so flexible in working with our vendors. Even though we didn't have our wedding service there, we still got to be in the building as much of the day as we needed. My bridesmaids and I got ready there and were able to bring in an easy lunch and relax together in the bridal lounge. Our photos there turned out beautifully and having our first viewing on the roof was really special. Our reception at 413 went so well! The basement

I recently attended an event at 413 on Wacouta and was very pleased at the experience. Lynne, our event planner, helped streamline the process every step of the way, from planning and rehearsing to the execution of the actual event.
The space in the Gilbert building in downtown St Paul is intimate, warm, and inviting. Molded tiles adorned the ceiling and a beautiful Tiffany-style light fixture provided glowing illumination and a centerpiece to pull the room together. The room felt small at first glance, but was more than adequate for the 120 people attending the function I was at.

Beautiful space!!! The ceremony space on the main floor is classic and cozy, lit with candles and a huge Tiffany hanging light. We got so many compliments on the space. Intimate and warm with a beautiful bridal suite and fireplace in the "uncle's room" (as coordinator Lynn calls it). The reception area downstairs was exactly what we were looking for - the exposed limestone wall and wood-beamed ceilings gave it an urban/rustic feel. Coordinator Lynn is awesome to work with! She's so responsive to all your easy and difficult requests, goes the extra mile to make sure your day
