Took my car here to have a remote start installed and the owner was extremely rude. It wasn't until after I purchased and had the remote start installed that they bothered to tell me I might have issues with interference from my factory security system. Sure enough my remote start has never worked right and after going back the owner told me there was nothing he could do. That he would have to try and contact the manufacturer of the remote start. He then became rude and argumentative when I told him he should be the one to fix the problem. Just avoid this place and go somewhere that actually cares

I unfortunately have to update this review. After the difficult installation, everything worked great for about a year. Then the car started to show airbag warning lights. It took several trips to the dealer for them to figure out what was wrong - which was the alarm and starter installation. It turns out that Autoway had spliced something into the airbag circuit - probably by mistake - which eventually caused the airbag warning light, and disabled the airbag system. This is a problem because if you have a crash, the airbags will not deploy, which could be dangerous. Luckily nobody crashed

Autoway has done work on 3 of my cars over the years and every time the work was first quality, on time, and exceeded expectations. One job was extremely tricky and was sensitive about them working on a very nice german car and they absolutely did an amazing job. Also have purchased home theatre equipment from them at a great value with terrific support. Can't say enough good things about this business!

THE only place I go for automotive electronics. I've brought all of my vehicles here for alarms and remote starters. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. I am thinking of getting an In-dash navigation unit and back up camera for my wife's vehicle, and as always the owners Carl and Dave were very helpful and knowledgeable.
They have years of experience and install cleanly, unlike hack job install horror stories I've heard others experience.

I needed a remote car starter for my Son's Honda Element and have had in the past two fitted to my son's cars through Mickey Shore and Buzz Off Automotive, both with slight issues afterwards. I needed a breath of fresh air and it came with these guys.
I have always driven past this place but never ventured in, but I'm so glad I did as now I will never go anywhere else. Courteous, friendly, VERY professional and reasonably priced makes this a must for us in the future. Very nice and Knowledgeable guys. Long time owners. I came in to get a head unit installed that I bought online and they made sure that it was going to fit and work the correct way. There was an adapter that was needed for the steering wheel control and they called around to 2 places to find one and got me the best price. They then went out to that location to pick up the part. Installation date was a few days later, dropped it off in the morning and it was done about 4 hours later. I also bought a set of component speakers from them to install as well, no pressure at all but just felt like

I had a remote starter installed in my car back in October, but the car alarm kept going off when I unlocked the car. I brought it too them in April and they had no problem fixing it and letting me keep it there over night with out a receipt, no charge. They are very nice and I recommend them very much, but I do have to warn the reader of this that they are very busy.

I hardly write reviews but after this terrible experience I decided to write one. I went there to have an remote start installed on my car. I paid a lot of money ($800+) to have it installed which was way over other places but I thought it would a professional installation. Wish I never went there. Trouble after trouble.
