Parts orders placed before 3:30 pm EST will normally be shipped the same day (if the item is in stock). If you need your parts asap, FedEx Overnight, second-day air, etc., are also available (Deadline is 3:30 pm Eastern standard time). Engine orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment-in-full is received.

Been using Michigan Motorz for 5 years now for parts for my boat. I placed an order on Thursday and it was delivered Saturday. I was super happy since it allowed me to winterize my boat before the cold weather set in. Outstanding customer service.

Bought a set of "new" heads, but learned later that they were not exactly new. When I had them installed, all of the exhaust valves leaked around 40%. Spoke with Clayton, who after speaking with the owner of Racing Engine Technologies (my mechanic), told me that I would get some reimbursement for the heads being fixed properly. So, I had the work done and the engine runs awesome. However, I get a call from Allen, the engine manager, who states that the work wasn't authorized and he won't reimburse any part of the $575 it took to set this right. I told him Clayton said it was, so he called Clayton

These guys are amazing. We drove all the way from north dakota to michigan to pick up our new engine and everything went smooth as butter.. Got home and realized we needed a different part and something wasn't fitting together so we called Ethan and he sent us the kit we needed free of charge and had it within a day. Engine runs like a top. Everything from start to finish was great and my husband's ecstatic cuz he has his boat working now 🤣 thank you guys!

Let's start this off with WOW!!! I dealt with Ethan and let me tell you how helpful and understanding he was. I drove 2800miles round trip in my 4banger to pick up my motor to save the cost of shipping, got it home unpacked and noticed something wasn't right. I called Ethan back he figured out exactly what happened and had parts sent out the same day to solve the issue! If I needed any sort of advice or questions he always had an answer and it worked! Throughout the entire process I felt like they actually give a damn about the folks they sell too! Highly recommended and I'll be ordering anything

SUPERB customer service!!! I called in for information on a remanufactured Volvo Penta 7.4 engine, that I have had such a hard time finding one all over the internet and Ethan took my call. I gave him all the info I had and even texted him a picture of my engine. Ethan told me he needed to do a little research, and he would call me right back with a quote... Due to the way he spoke over the phone, I just knew I'd hear back from him (unlike EVERY single company other company I've spoken to). Excellent service, every time I went there staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. While couldn't get any mechanics to see what problem is with my boat they advised to rent a scanner from them and try to diagnose it myself. This saved my day. End up being an air temperature sensor, I called they had it ready very next day. Couple hrs later back on the water. 👍

After speaking with many people, about a bad motor, I was directed to the owner. I could not explain my findings with manufacturing defects due to him talking over me, and yelling at me. So much so, my Secretary could hear him in the other room. I've had this block looked at by 2 different machine shops claiming water isn't escaping certain water passages even after the block was drained. Also found blue marker, marked on the water passages where water was holding. I also had my technician, now retired, called in, and asked him, how he winterized my step mothers boat best to his memory

Excellent service. Was dead in the water due to a broken bracket on my engine and in transient moorage. Tried to place order but was having trouble with billing on my card and approaching the shipping deadline for the day. Called and spoke to Phil and Devin in service and they got the part out the same day and really saved me - cannot recommend enough - customer service like that is hard to come by these days.

These guys are great! I have bought a lot of parts here including a new 5.7 Silver pkg for a 24ft cruiser. When I bought the engine I was having a hard time sourcing the hose that goes from the transom to the power steering cooler. Local boat shop could not find it either. Clayton asked me to ship him my alternator and power steering pump with brackets so he could make sure it all fit perfect with the new fresh water cooling system . I told him about the hose I was trying to find. He said to send it with the other parts, they have lots of hose and can probably make something work. When my new motor

It's unfortunate that with so many people giving Michigan Motorz good reviews, I had to be one of the people who got screwed. I bought a Volvo Penta power steering ram from them. It was supposed to be brand new. It was about a $600 dollar part. I installed the ram and still had a power steering leak. I spent the whole summer trying to figure out the leak (because who would think that a brand new part would leak?). Finally I gave up and at the start of the next boating season I took my boat into a shop I trust. They called me right away...guess what? The power steering ram was leaking! So

This operation is a joke. First I order a part on a Monday. Had not heard anything from them so I call on Thursday. First I talk to two different guys who could have cared less to help me. Then I got transferred to a girl who was very sweet and helpful. She gave me the tracking number for my order and said it would be there by end of day Friday. So I was able to get Saturday off to install my part and be on the water Sunday. I get home from work Friday and no part. I find the tracking number she gave me, look it up and it is a tracking number for a part that went to San Antonia, Texas. I live in

This whole expensive disaster started in February of 2014. I had used Michigan Motorz a few times before and thought they were a good solid company that stood behind the products they sold. I have a 33 foot Sea Ray with twin 7.4 Horizon Mercruisers. The boat has only 600 hours on it and has been professionally maintained its entire life. It was time to change out the manifolds and risers so ordered 2 full sets of HGE aluminum manifolds and risers as a set from Michigan Motorz. The kit came with bolts and gaskets. My boat is kept in the Connecticut River near Hartford so it was not going to be run
