First time single mom. A friend suggested Southfield Peds to me and I went because they meet all the marks including a lactation specialist. Dr Natalie Blum is a very informative dr who works with you and listens to all your concerns. She is very gentle and explains the whole process to my infant daughter. I asked her why she chose pediatric and she told me that she enjoys the relationship that she gains with each patient until they are 21 and she enjoys working with her dad. The whole staff is kind and caring, especially through this pandemic. Not only are they kind and caring for the children

Dr. Roman aka Dr. Bob is amazing.
He is very proactive when it comes to his patients. My daughter had hyperbilirubinemia which we didn’t even know the seriousness of it until he called and arranged for us to go to pediatric ER for immediate treatment.
He wasn’t bothered by crazy first time mom’s phone calls and texts and humbly said that it was his job.
With heart and care Dr. Bob gives, I feel safe and relief.

I've been coming here since I was a baby and I'm 18 now. I've had multiple problems with this office and they've only gotten worse as I've gotten older. The Drs say that they're sending a prescription to the pharmacy and when you go the pharmacy they say they tried calling the office multiple times and southfield pediatrics never called back. This has happened with both locations. Also when I called the office myself because the pharmacy couldn't get ahold of them I got met with disrespect. If I could give the front desk 0 stars I would . But I am forced to put a 1 star! They are terrible not nice and miserable ! They hate there job! The Doctors are amazing it's tooo bad they have these type of employees representing them!! Especially June !! Always Rude and disrespectful! Never nice to the children !

Dr. Robert Blum is a wonderful, trustworthy and optimistic pediatrician, he takes time to listen to our concerns and provides us with detailed and helpful information which helps us understand better on what is going on. We feel so blessed to have Dr. Blum as our son's pediatrician. The staff and nurses are kind and wonderful too.

Always a long wait. Last month an hour past the appointment time. Today 50 minutes. I usually wait 30 to 40 minutes before I leave the room to ask how much longer. Nobody seems to care that they run behind. Today there was one patient there in addition to my daughter and we still waited an hour. The doctor used her laptop to run through a list of question that took easily 20 minutes rather than have a discussion of the symptoms. The doctors are nice. The staff is okay.
