Services
We will make every effort to offer you an appointment on the same day that you request. This is especially true if your problem is of an urgent nature. We will try to schedule you with your own physician whenever possible to ensure continuity of care. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment.
Please call ahead to schedule a convenient time for a blood draw. This will limit the amount of waiting time to have it done. If it is to be done fasting, do not eat for 8-12 hours before having it drawn. It is encouraged that you have non-calorie liquids like water or black coffee during this time to avoid dehydration.
We are very aware of the HIPPA privacy laws are and committed to remain in compliance with these regulations. A copy of our policy is available at the front desk or can be emailed to you upon request. We are very interested in providing the best medical home for you and your family. The more data we have, the better we are able to provide optimal care.

Our telecommunications system is quite advanced. Our main number is answered 94% of the time by a caring receptionist within 5 rings. After hours, you are given the option to press a button in emergency and your call is automatically routed to the on-call doctor's cell phone. No answering service delays!

Dr. Jodi Farley is a caring doctor who takes time to know her patients and their family. If you are looking for a doctor with excellent communication skills and mutual respect for the doctor/patient relationship, she will be a perfect fit for you. Dr. Farley is incredible! She is always so kind and caring! I never feel rushed and always leave feeling heard. The front staff is warm and always friendly. I moved almost a half hour away and still make the drive there because of how amazing everyone at this office is, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else!

Nice clinic . The clinic has ample space so social distancing can easily maintained. I didn’t have to wait forever in the waiting lobby and the appointment was finished in time . Dr.Liska was thorough in her work . Supporting staff ( front desk , nurses ) are friendly as well . Overall good experience and I will not hesitate to come back if I have any health complaints in future .

I made an appointment on Monday morning and was able to be seen on Wednesday. The staff were SUPER friendly and walked me through insurance and paperwork. I needed bloodwork done and Nicole (the MA) was kind and so patient with me. Couldn't feel a thing. Dr. Farley was so friendly and listened to all of my concerns. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and heard! 10/10 recommend this place.

Absolutely adore this office, the receptionist was very nice and squeezed me in during a last minute emergency on a Saturday, I can't remember her name but she was very helpful. Additionally, Dr. Zaid was AMAZING—he was very funny, welcoming and smart. If you ever have doubts going to the doctors office—don't have any worries here!

I had an appointment scheduled during COVID once I get there they tell me they don't take my insurance and say I would I have to pay cash wish was fine. Once I said that they made up an excuse they didn't know how to charge me. Both ladies were very rude and I would never recommend anyone to take their children there
