Dental Services Report

A bridge (or partial denture) is a custom-made replacement for one or more missing teeth that literally "bridges the gap." If you have lost some or all of your natural teeth, dentures can be used to replace your missing teeth - improving your health as well as your appearance. A composite filling is a tooth colored material that replaces the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear.

Bridges Report

Sometimes called a fixed partial denture, a bridge replaces missing teeth with artificial teeth and literally "bridges" the gap where one or more teeth used to be. Bridges can be made from gold, alloys, porcelain or a combination of these materials and are attached to surrounding teeth for support.

Composite Fillings Report

Composite resins, or tooth-colored fillings, provide good durability and resistance to fracture in small- to mid-size fillings that need to withstand moderate pressure from the constant stress of chewing. They can be used on either front or back teeth. They are a good choice for people who prefer that their fillings look more natural.

Crowns Report

If you want a smile that's your crowning glory, you may need a crown to cover a tooth to help restore it to its normal shape and size. A crown can make your tooth stronger and improve its appearance. A crown can help strengthen a tooth with a large filling when there isn't enough tooth remaining to hold the filling.

I had posted earlier about how wonderful Dr. Marose is, but failed to mention his fabulous staff. Their loving care of my daughter was amazing. There is no way we could have gotten through a year of dental problems without them.

The front desk ladies, hygienist, and doctor were all very friendly and welcoming. Went for a routine cleaning and checkup and they were very gentle. Facility was clean and place was easy to find.

In June 2014, I had MAJOR emergency work to be done, and I was a way high anxiety patient ! The expert dental work by Dr. Terry Abbuzalan and Saddleback Center's entire TEAM was so excellent, that I wasn't afraid to return for second followup visit to finish the 2 crowns, including 1 root canal. That came out great ! Now .. I recently completed full exam, and will receive comprehensive treatment plan and cost estimate for more extensive work.
It will still be expensive for me, but I appreciate Saddleback Center's reduced pricing for excellent work (compared to most dentists in San Diego county

Found this dentist to do a dental implant. The dentist and staff were very kind as well as thorough in explaining the entire process. They were also very reasonable as far as pricing. I felt very comfortable and am happy I chose this dentist.
