Mark and his staff are without a doubt the best option around. After my previous mortgage service provider walked me through their processes and gave me their loan estimate, I thought it best to get a second opinion and I couldn’t be happier that I did.
Midtown was able to obliterate the interest rate I’d just received, and within two weeks, our loan was closed. Extremely thankful to everyone at Midtown and would recommend everyone to see what they’ll be able to do for you.

I approached Mark because my previous mortgage company proposed a refinance. They gave me a quote and I wasn’t sure if it was the right move. Mark gave me advice, analyzed the quote and then gave me one from Midtown Home Mortgage as a comparison. He actually listened to my concerns and explained each component clearly. In the end I went with Mark and am really grateful for a lower interest rate and a better overall loan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mark is Very Knowledgeable, Professional, and Responsive. I’ve contacted Midtown Home Mortgage once every 2 or 3 months over the past year to check available options(even though I already had a really good mortgage rate, the market is always changing, it’s quick, and there’s no cost). In minutes, Mark presents options that are… easy to understand and gives his professional opinion whether or not it makes sense to refinance.
