Towed 3.2 miles, 4 minutes and $200 dollars later!!! 😶 I think I'm in the wrong business.

One of their tow truck drivers backed directly into my vehicle while making an illegal three point turn in the middle of traffic. The driver attempted to blame me for not seeing him, but then admitted it was his fault when I pointed out that he was making an illegal maneuver through traffic. He was extremely rude me to and attempted to intimate me into not calling the police. The police were called to the scene and agreed he was 100% at fault. I also have video evidence proving this.
When I called the shop to inform the owner of their driver’s conduct, he simply told me that it was just my side

I wish i could give 0 starts. The customer service is poor, rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and keep away from Andys Towing.

The young gentleman who came to help were professional & patient. I called needing help getting my keys out of my car. The first one unfortunately did not get his name but tried for an hour & unfortunately could not do it & called someone else which I can’t blame him. The second person was Shane & it took him awhile but got it! I was relieved & happy he stuck to it!
