José Rubio came to our house today and fixed our washer so quickly! He identified a rodent chewed tube that was causing our washer to leak. He could have recommended a replacement fill tube and return visit but worked to repair the existing tube so the machine was fixed right away. The price was reasonable. He was so friendly, quick and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for appliance repair!

My Maytag washing machine went out, so I called FixEm. Ethan was very professional and he was able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Allen showed up on time. He was very courteous and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He replaced the drain pump and now the washer works great.

I called Fixem when my Viking oven stoped working.
Ethan answered the phone and was amazing!! He was very patient with me and guided me through a few steps to help me try and fix the unit myself.. unfortunately I couldn't fix it.
Fixem sent Nathan out to take a look at the oven and within 10 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. Nathan gave me a quote to repair.
He ordered the parts and returned the following week.
Nathan repaired the oven and took his time to make sure everything was working properly!

My washing machine was making a terrible noise. I called FixEm and talked to Ethan. He was nice and very responsive and scheduled an appointment for me on the next business day.
Today the technician came. His name is Terrence. Terrence was professional, helpful and really nice. He figured out the problem. Went and got the parts. And fixed my machine The same day. Really really awesome service. And it seems like my machine is working flawlessly now.
I'll definitely call them if I ever need service on any of my appliance in the future.

My Maytag washer stopped draining the other afternoon. I was referred to Fixem by Contra Costa Appliance. Fixem promptly answered the phone and was able for a late afternoon appointment. Terrance, the repairman, called ahead to say he would arrive in 30 minutes.
Following Covid-19 protocols, we both wore masks as showed him to the location of washer. He quickly assessed the situation and quickly cleaned out the pump of wet lint, coins and misc items. Retested the washer and good as new. Cleaned up the debris and signed out.

Found these guys through yelp when I needed my glass stove top repaired. They are incredibly professional, reliable, communicative and honest. They have fantastic customer support. I had an issue when the top was replaced, and they immediately rectified it. I plan on using them in the future of any other appliance needs. I contacted FixEm after our older oven broke. They responded quickly with some available times and arrived on time. Very responsive as well communicating and coordinating. Terrance and Nathan came out, found the issue right away, fixed it in less than an hour and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend them to anyone with an appliance issue.

Our youthful Bosch dishwasher was making all the right noises, but not cleaning the dishes. Jose was our assigned repair person and he was here promptly when promised. He diagnosed the issue quickly and said the part would be delivered in about a week ("from Fresno!"), but the big surprise was that it arrived sooner than expected and he was in the neighborhood and was able to get here way sooner than expected. He arrived, fixed the Bosch, tested it and we were good to go. Can't wait to do more dishes.

Our 20-year-old oven stopped working after a power surge. The first attempt at repair by another company failed. Luckily I then found Nathan.
Once on site, Nathan performed a thorough, methodical analysis to discover two problems. As the oven was old, a replacement part was not available, new or used. However, Nathan was able to find a solution for us, and the oven is working again.
Excellent work, and very reasonably priced. I will always call Nathan first for any appliance repair issue.

We searched on the Bosch site for authorized dealers and after a 20 minute call with another firm was told mid March they could come out to diagnose.
What? A month and a half? No thanks! So what's a guy to do? Oh snap! I went to Yelp and looked for Bosch authorized repair.
I called this company, was answered in 4 rings. authorized Bosch and contra costa county service area? Check on both counts and after a few minutes of exchanging information was told the repair person would show
