Journey was developed in an effort to inspire, enlighten and motivate those who need to find inner peace. Our mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga, develop their very own personal yoga journey and self transformation. A slower paced flow class designed for athletic recovery or as a weekly reset for mind & body. This practice emphasizes mindful breathing, m. In this 60 minute class, you will combine yoga, cardio, and free weights for an overall amazing workout. It will be a power vinyasa flo. This class deeply relaxes both your mind and body.
YogaSculpt is an invigorating blend of weight training and yoga, designed to strengthen and tone every major muscle group. Small weights are incorporated in this class as you are guided through a fluid sequence of resistance training, basic yoga poses, and powerful toning exercises. This intense, but easy-to-follow class will elevate your strength and flexibility to new heights, while tightening your upper body, core, glutes and legs.
Linda DeStefano is the owner of Journey Yoga & Wellness, an attorney, and a mom to five beautiful children. Linda began her yoga path over 20 years ago when she was looking for a way to alleviate the strains associated with running. Her path to becoming a studio owner was discovered after her eldest began to struggle with addiction and mental illness, and she found peace and healing and a deeper understanding of how yoga works.
My first time practicing at this lovely studio was on 1/1/19 for Relax & Rejuvenate. I found the studio to be Beautifully decorated and I loved the sitting area on the first floor. Very welcoming and "homey". The class itself was just what I needed. Karen, the instructor, is a personal friend of mine so I knew the class would be wonderful, but the energy that filled the space was just as wonderful.
