I've been going to see Grace and her amazing team at Diva for over 5 years. I have never been disappointed in the services. It's such a warm and welcoming place and you'll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I've never felt rushed during my visits and appreciate the attention to detail. When I asked Grace about some Halloween nail art, she was more than accommodating. Sue did an amazing job recreating a Jack Skellington/Nightmare Before Christmas look for me.

I have been going here for couple months now and have been very happy. I sent my sisters in last week with my 8 year old for a girls day (Thursday) and they had a horrible experience. My daughter had a mani pedi, her nail polish came off the same day (which we returned on Saturday to have them redo). One of my sisters had a mani pedi and her polish was chipped on 7 nails the same night. Here's where the 1 star review comes in....My other sister got a full set of acrylic nails with gel and French manicure ($55) and 7 out of the 10 had fallen off by Sunday. He feels comfortable by doing pedicure.
And he feels really refreshed by doing Callus Treatment.
I get rid of my fatigue a week by massaging with pedicure.
Thank you again from the staff. I especially appreciate the male employee who relieves my fatigue. This place is clean and social distancing works well.
So I want to say this place is the best nail salon.

I did the manicure and pedicure last week at Diva's nail salon, there were good place, so clean and big. They had very good massage for manicure and pedicure, and they had paraffin for hand and heel too. The techs are so kind and patients. Diva's nail is nice place, I will come back again !!! I highly recommoned this salon for everyone.

This place is outrageously priced. I received a gift certificate for a mani-pedi, and upon walking through the door I knew it would be an unpleasant experience. I had made the appointment in advance, and when I arrived I was given MAYBE a minute to choose a color and was rushed and told to come sit down. The water for the pedicure was freezing and when she asked me if I wanted her to adjust the temperature, I said yes; she ignored me and walked away. Hadn't been to Diva's in four years since I moved from MA to CO and I was in town for a wedding. Was so excited to get my nails done for the event and knew I could count on Diva's.
It is always cozy, clean and they pay attention to detail. But upset because my lady cut my cuticle really bad it hurt for a few days. She was apologetic but she kept being somewhat rough even after the fact. She tried to stop the bleeding a couple times which indicated a deep cut. My advice is to let them know to be gentle when cutting or to not even touch the cuticle if it doesn't need to be cut

If you are looking to have the new powder dip polish put on your nails do not, I repeat do not go to DIVA NAILS on Adams Street in Newton. There is only one woman there that can do it, and she really does not do a good job at all. They have a very, very limited choice of colors of powder. Also the clear liquid that they put on your nails before they dip them in the powder is usually very thin. The product that she used on my nails today was very thick and goopy and as a result my nails are very thick they are very bumpy and uneven. She really didn't know much about the removal process of

I asked for a acrylic fill and picked my color. When I sat down I asked how much for a fill and she said $40 and my initial response was that's a bit much for a fill. I've been trying hard to find a nail salon ever since I moved to Boston. And this place is a winner ! It is a cozy and quiet neighborhood and finding parking isn't difficult. The open sunlight and air conditioning makes the salon feel comfortable. Gina does AMAZING work and she takes her time. Unlike salons I have visited in Waltham or Newton you aren't rushed and it shows in the quality. Even in a busy salon, they get everyone served timely without compromising the quality. This place is awful! If you're getting a regular classic manicure they will rush through your service. I'm assuming it's because you're not spending as much as someone else who is getting a gel one.
My manicurist rushed through my manicure and it looked awful! He didn't even wait for my nail polish to dry before applying the top coat! You could clearly see the nail color running to the bottom of the nail and streaking as he was applying the top coat, but he did not care.
Not to mention when you pay using a card, they say "just $ (however much the service is"

Nice space with lots of nail stations.
The cons:
-They had a ton of nail polish bottles, but they were almost all awful colors. I searched and searched to try to find a nice dark pink (a pretty basic nail polish color!) and could not find one. So I went with a medium-light pink. Nails is what they do- They should have better nail polish colors. It's like they never replace the popular colors, so they end up with a ton that people don't want.

I've been coming here since I was in high school and was never really "wow-ed" by this place, but this was always my go-to because my house is literally three houses down across the street. However, my recent visit here was probably my last visit. What drew the last straw was when my cuticles start bleeding and stinging. My manicurist was pretty aggressive with my cuticles and ended up bleeding a lot. This was the first time and first salon where I experienced this. WORST PLACE TO GO! Over priced for the quality of service you actually get. They rushed through my hand massage, they were so rough and did literally maybe 5 seconds on each hand while drenching my hand in lotion. Then they tried doing what they said was "a hot stone massage" part of the "spa manicure" which lasted 5 seconds each hand and they covered the stone with a rough towel which completely irritated my skin. They did not even clean ANY cuticle off my mother's feet, rushed through the pedicure. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Never again.

It was close to closing time when I called but they said they could stay open longer. They clearly didn't consult the guy who was going to be doing my nails because be was less than thrilled that I was coming in close to the end of the day. And to top it off, I had existing gel nail polish on. So instead of letting the gel nail polish soak in acetone as long as it needs to safely come off my nail, he starts aggressively scraping and filing

A friend of mine strongly suggested that I needed a pedicure. She was blunt about it, so I went looking and found Diva on Yelp.
I went on a weekday and was there with five women doing the same thing I was: getting a pedicure. Since this was my first pedicure ever, I really didn't know what was going to happen. I can say I was treated very nicely, was scrubbed, rubbed, and de-callused ($10 extra), hot-stoned, and heel-waxed. Very nice.

I have been in waltham for two years and always got disappointed by nail service. The sanitary and the skills are really important to me when it comes with nails.
I found Diva's nail in yelp and i wanted to give it a try. It was amazing good! People there are super friendly and they do not rush you like other nail place (who would stand behind you while u pick color) I had french gel and pedi and they both turn out to be expected and pretty! i will definitely come back again!

We really enjoy this place... you get a lot of things that are often considered extras at other salons... very clean and modern, a lot of staff, and everyone is very pleasant...
Complaint is they don't like credit... seriously... cash is not the only way now a days and I don't carry much, if any, cash on me.... and they make me feel uncomfortable when I don't have it.
