The service here has deteriorated over the last couple years and specifically over the last few months. The girls that work here talk about the customers behind their back and one time I even caught one of them mimicking them as soon the customer left the salon. The girls are mean especially the older ones. The owner is almost never around and does not seem to care how the customers are treated. It's so disappointing and humiliating. I do not recommend this place. Please find another place where you feel respected.

I had the worst manicure I've ever had. (on my birthday no less). I arrived on time, someone came out and was rushing through my manicure when their pedi appt arrived 20 minutes after they started my gel removal and mani. My nails are very uneven, not all of the polish came off when the tech was getting ready to apply the gel. I asked him to even off the nails and he attempted it but they were so bad, I just asked for clear polish instead of the gel. They look awful! I'm home and now filing them myself. I will never return.

I have been here twice now recently. The first time the technician cut my nails so short my finger tips hurt for 3 days and he split a cuticle which bled for hours after. My second time was two days ago and a different technician rushed through my dip manicure, cutting two fingers, skipping the top layer of powder, leaving my nails lacking the shine and thickness dip usually has, and they have already chipped. I was also charged two different prices each time for exactly the same services. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The picture with chipped nail is from less than a day. They made my nails super bulky without filing them properly. I asked the tech several times and she couldn’t get it! Next day I went back to fix my broken nail and on my way back home the other nail was chipped! The technician was not skilled at all and wasn’t listening to what I was asking. Waste of money and TIME!

I used this salon to do both manicure and pedicure. The boy who served me was absolutely immune to all my requests. The water for doing pedicure was too cold, he worked talking Vietnamese to another guy, he did not care about his work. Manicure has been done purely as well, he cut my nails to the extreme without asking me if I like it or not, no hot water to soften the skin and so on. I had a feeling he rushed to do something else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lana did an amazing job with my not/so-great nails. She made my hands and feet miraculously beautiful. She is very VERY skillful. This is calming and soothing place for a manicure, and they offer Dazzle Dry polish, which last two weeks easy, and is dry DRY! In only 5 minutes while being very kind to the nails. No harsh gels or blue light damage.

I wanted to find a place where I could make an appointment online, and which described services that I was used to. Other nail salons - hello? Not everyone knows what "shellac" vs "dazzle" vs "powder" or whatever even is. So I booked a gel mani-pedi.
I didn't find a color I really wanted, in part because when I got to that part of the color spectrum, the polish had separated into two parts. Perhaps it was my fault that I didn't shake up the mixture to determine if there was a color I liked. There are DOZENS of colors, but I was hoping for something else

I booked an appointment for an express pedicure and 3 different people asked me what I wanted and I said an express pedicure. The employee proceeded to do a nail polish change and told me there was no way she could do the express pedicure I booked and I never told them I wanted that. She proceeded to yell at me and then rush my manicure. My nails have never looked worse.

This nail bar is the worst nail bar I have ever been too. I booked an appointment at 6pm for my nails and eyebrows. From the minute I stepped in they were attending me with a rush and it was not busy at all. The women put nail polishes remover and tinfoil over my nails to get it off and immediately asked to get my brows over with even though we could have patiently done it after my nails. She did my eyebrows in probably 2 minutes and it was terrible. Hair was everywhere still and she only got mad when I asked her to fix them so I left it as they were because I didn't want to risk her ruining

Lady was answering the phone during my entire session. When I told her the color she sampled was too dark, she insisted it wasn't and overrode my nail color choice. This left my nails a bubblegum pink (definitely not the color I wanted). Student price online was $28 but I was charged $32 before tip, which she rudely waited by the check to receive and insisted I tipped with cash (assuming that I would tip). The manager of Luxotic, Ben reached out to me by phone to discuss my experience. He apologized for what happened and asked me to come in to fix my nail. He was very friendly and fixed my nail quickly. He also recommended me to another nail technician, Danny for my next appointment as well as offering me a discount at that time.

This was my first time trying Luxotic Nail Bar and I absolutely loved it. Very clean and have great service! Great selection of colors. All their equipment were visibly sanitized, slippers and toe separators packaged. Great attention to detail as when putting the nail polish on as well. I got the student discount for mani pedi as well at $40 dollars-worth it.

Walk-Ins welcome! They are not!!! It is the 2nd time I walked in and was denied of a service! It is still 1.5 hours until closing and I wasn't even offered to wait although I was willing to. I was told they are all booked and nobody is available to do an express pedicure. Have more techs available on the weekend to have available appointments! The young girl at the front desk never tried to accommodate! When Ben is there he is more willing to help. Very disappointed!!! Very!!!
