I thought I had finally founded a good hair color place to die my hair the girl looked totally confident she started good
but at the end she did not wanted to deal with the color she acted desper to finish which and with a awful work the worst was that the sides look horrible all different colors
definitely not profesional work and to expensive for that crappie job.
I really wanted to go back so she can fixed my hair but knowing the kind of porqueria de job she is performing
I preferred not to
I will never go back to this place again.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. I was so upset since they have really good reviews. I had made an appointment and walked in and Elizabeth was very sweet and helpful at first. I have black/buzzed hair and I wanted to go blonde. She ended up dyeing my hair 5 times. I was there for over two hours and she kept helping clients even tho I was on a timer since dye shouldn't be left on your head for a long period of time. I don't have any hair at all so she kept telling me we would dye it till it was what I wanted. It came out ORANGE. I finally told her to just make it dark brown. She

I was looking for a local colorist in my area to avoid driving to L.A. to my sister's hairdresser. I'm so happy I followed my co-worker's advice and went to Elizabeth. She did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. I will definitely return and tell my family and friends. The cost is also very reasonable. My husband also went and received a great haircut.
