Featuring our Maddies Mean Meats truck and our Haute BBQ truck as well as our Taco truck. We will be opening with trucks as soon as the weather allows for decent days. Consider the new food truck hub to be a fantastic new food option for Johnstown and New Albany, for locals and food truck fanatics looking for new flavors.
We arrive and pull meat from the bones from pig and then we place meat in the pan and clean up from service mess. This can be done cooked onsite for additional fee and it is available with sides, desserts, drinks, and more- see other packages to get more service and larger menu. Sour cream and cheese potatoes, barbecued baked beans, cole slaw and corn bread.

We had Seitz cater our casual wedding reception. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Cory responded to questions timely and clearly. The team at our event was great. Our guests raved over the smoked pig and smoked chicken. We wish we had more leftovers, but everyone ate it all!

I've ordered firewood from this company twice and - though they deliver and stack the wood - it does not burn. The first time I thought I just got a bad batch but it appears I was wrong. This order was delivered covered in mud and damp to the touch, like it had been out in the rain. The wood is wet green and even though the merchant claims it's been seasoned it is not worth the price. I'll not be ordering from Seitz again.

First time diner, incredibly impressed! Down home feel from the truck personnel, two owners so knowledgeable and PROUD of how their meat is sourced! Local, never frozen, from a well-known farm!
Pulled pork was delicious, ribs look awesome (sandwich was huge, ribs were relegated to snacks for later)! Cheesy potatoes were fantastic and worth a return visit for those alone - hubs loved the BBQ beans, and their coleslaw is DELICIOUS. PLEASE VISIT!! Brisket is next on our try list!

Heard about this place recently and decided to visit same. The truck is located at the corner of Route 62 and Duncan Plains Rd NW, They were just opening when I arrived. Met one of the owners Miranda who was setting things up. It took a few minutes but we talked during that time. They have just started doing the Food Truck, they own a Catering Business (Smoke Seitz BBQ), it has been in business for around 10 years. They do a variety of meats as shown in the picture. Was truly a pleasure to work with Cory and his wife! We had an event recently and Cory was so professional and patient during the planning process. He seems to be constantly working events. So if you don't hear from him immediately, don't worry! He was definitely on top of it. He delivered the roasted pig on time and even made sure everyone could enjoy it before serving it. They do all the clean up so the host does not need to worry about a thing! On top of it, the food was amazing! Everyone couldn't stop complimenting on it. I would highly recommend using them for your next party!

Overall poor experience. Difficulties ordering due to payment processing problem. Placed order on 10/21/16 with quoted delivery time of 5-7 business days and did not receive wood until 11/7/2016. Understandable given the time of year I ordered but I had hoped for better communication. Could have overlooked those things if the wood was as advertised. Unfortunately that was not the case as the wood is very green and will not be useable until next year. If you want to know if wood is green it's easy to tell as it sounds like meat searing on a hot pan when it is burning. I will now have

Cory and his team have been fantastic to work with now for our second year. Our most recent order was. For a 1/2 cord of wood. I ordered online, which was SIMPLE, and they delivered and stacked perfectly about a week later (see picture). Great communication (that is the key to making me happy), and they have always delivered the product exactly as they said they would. A class act that my wife and I will continue to use.

I ordered a roasted Pig from the owner Corey for a wedding celebration in my yard. There seemed to be constant confusion as to time and items supplied (plates and napkins). Even picking up the money was strange as they would say they were coming and then didn't. I talked to Corey or his wife Miranda several times and verified plates and napkins were included and discussing. She was to come that day and at the last minute someone else showed up. Wanted the whole pig experience but it came all broken up in a cooled leaving the presentation lacking. The meat was fine but could have spent a lot

I ordered a 1/2 cord of firewood from them. I did this online which was easy and simple. Less then 14 hours later they showed up at my door with a 1/2 cord of wood. They stacked the wood where I designated neatly and quickly. All of the wood was of high quality and clearly seasoned well. Sometimes you get firewood that says it is seasoned but shows decay and insect problems. This was all great wood delivered effortlessly. I highly recommend them.

I've ordered firewood (which has burned great) from here several times. I also got a load of stones once. Each time Cory has delivered the order promptly and cheerfully. He's one of those rare businessmen to have a genuine concern for quality and customer service. Will keep him in mind for other projects!
