Food was four stars. It’s the rest of the experience that is frustrating. Guy at the register tells me the total. I hand him a credit card. “Sorry we don’t take cards here, but we have the ATM machine.” I insert my debit card to get cash. “Sorry but that machine is broken.” He mentions the ATM at the convenience store at the end of the strip. I get back with cash and ask for the food, and they have just started the French fries on my order. Then I watch a guy drop a pizza pan on the floor and nonchalantly toss it to a guy in back greasing pans for dough. There are plenty of other places

Ordered 3 pizzas. They are pre made crust not my favorite but it was for kid party and they were ready in 5 minutes. Super annoying that they ONLY accept cash. No signs anywhere.
They do have ATM which you're forced to use obviously when you don't know ahead of time.
Pizza was hot and ok. Staff working that day not overly friendly by any means. $12 a pizza

Don't know what kind of meat they used in the meatball sub, but it wasn't Hamburg. Unidentifiable stringy junk in it, maybe chicken grizzle. Absolutely gross. The French fries weren't bad till I got a few off the top then it was all small little scraps, are you kidding me. They won't even give you a napkin unless you ask.
No excuse for that. They can't fail fast enough, we deserve better.

I have been a long time customer of your store. Always chatting with your employees, laughing and having a fun time when I go in, and that is frequently.
On Oct., 31st around 5:00 pm I called to place an order for delivery. I have just had major achilles surgery and can not get up and down my front stairs.
I started to explain to the woman on the phone that I'D like to ask a favor. That when the driver arrives, if he could come through the door and go to the top of the stairs. It would be no different than
If he came to anyone else's door to deliver. No safety issue for the driver

Silver Palate Pizza is and has been a very good restaurant for years. I love that they offer a Baked Haddock dinner plate that I can't find elsewhere. The food is always fresh and very tasty. And the staff is very friendly as well. Great place for lunch or dinner, take out or delivery. I will be back again and again. Love this place!

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place... I'm obsessed. Everything I've had has been absolutely delicious, including veal/chicken parm subs, chicken Caesar wraps, salads... and the pizza? Heavenly. Every single time. I have never been a huge Greek pizza fan but Silver Palate has totally converted me. Crispy delicious pizza with sweet sauce. And food aside, the owners/employees are just awesome. Love and highly recommend this place!

Place used to be great and now I'm not impressed. I walked in today and it was like a whole different place. When I walked in The girl was wiping the counters down with a cloth. She took my money then proceeds to scratch her neck and opens the drawer and pulls out 2 burger patties with her bare hands then my burger buns after touching the raw meat,money, a dirty cloth and scratches her neck. Stay away unless you want to get sick.

As a hungry 18 year old, I have eaten at many pizza places, and I mean MANY. I have lived in westford my whole life, and had the Palate countless times. I've never had better pizza, nor subs anywhere else. With amazing prices, kind and humorous staff and great food, Silver Palate will always be my go to place.

I'm not a Greek-style pizza nut, but theirs is pretty good. The gluten-free pizza--the reason we tried the place--is good and comes on the separate tray they use to cook it (so you know they don't cook it on the same surface). The prices are good. It's a cash-only business, but if they took credit cards they'd have higher prices and I'd be complaining about those instead. They don't indicate in-store or on their website that it's cash-only (though I guess the ATM inside should be a sign), so that's my one complaint. It's important to have a neighborhood

We ordered from SP a few weeks ago. The pepperoni pie was fine - not great, not terrible. The BBQ chicken was exceptionally bad. It was obvious they put no effort into it. They simply chopped up a few unseasoned chicken tenders, threw them on a pizza and drizzled some BBQ over it. Plenty of better options in the area

Been coming here for well over a decade.. love the guys, love the food, love that nothing has changed since I was a kid. I've lived in several towns/states and I still get excited to come home and order a palate steak bomb, I've never found one comparable. AND it's the only Greek pizza I've ever been a big fan of. Cajun fries are a go too!!

The pizza is Greek style which I am usually not a fan of, but I really like theirs. They have a pretty decent list of toppings ranging from Hawaiian to BBQ Chicken. The subs have always been top-notch, with the steak and cheese being my favorite.
They have great service. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes after calling in, even when picking up during dinner time. They also seem to have a fleet of delivery
