Getting ready to sell my car and had 2 separate inspections for resale. Each time they went over the results with me. On the last time they found some things that could be improved and not only gave me estimates upfront but we’re honest with me and had my best interest when they told me the things for repair were not need or recommended to repair at the time because the damage was so minor.
I didn’t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me. And to top it all off… neither times did they charge me for the inspections! They said they don’t charge if it’s a visual inspection.

They did an EXCELLENT job on cleaning my car. It had been very dirty and it looks brand new.
I am giving a 4 though because of customer service and the surprise additional costs. I had an email conversation with a Ron whom never discussed that the "medium dog" would cost more than 200 dollars due to time, my appointment was never officially made and I just surprised whomever was in charge this morning with my car, and lastly when I come to pick up my car- it's an extra 50 dollar charge for time and an extra 75 for dog hair. That morning I was told it would be additional charge for dog hair. I

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection of the AC. While other local shops couldn’t get me in until next week and were going to charge $100+ just for the inspection, Archie’s took the time to find the problem, give me a quote and I wasn’t charged a dime. What great customer service. That was my first visit to Archies but it won’t be my last. Thank you!

I’ve taken my Jeep here a few times now and have been treated with nothing but respect and care. I don’t trust many people with my vehicle but trust Archie’s with it without a hesitation. Prices are reasonable, everyone is respectful, and they are very quick with services!
