I came in for my at home sleep study kit and waited 2 hours in the room. I was trying to be patient because I understand that there's short staffing and stuff due to covid. Finally my phone was dead and I was late to work, so I went out to ask if I could at least go get my charger so I could call work. It was then that I realized that the 2 women that had helped me in the room were just sitting and talking and it seemed like they had just forgot I was in the room. The appointment took about 2 minutes after that. Patients shouldn't be abandoned in your rooms for hours. It's been a week now since

Dr. Badia Harlin and the staff here are fantastic. I have been a patient here for almost a year now, and have had such a positive experience. Update: I’ve reached out by email to this account with no response (no surprise there). I had another drs office reach out to get the records. Their office hung up on them twice after placing on hold.
I regularly have problems getting in touch with the Plano office. I’ve had problems refilling a medication for 6+ months. When you attempt to contact the Plano office, you must go through a phone center. Even they can’t get in touch with Plano office. The staff at Smart Health and Wellness have been great about trying to resolve my daughter's depression, not just treating it with more and more medication. I've been very happy with the options they've suggested, mainly TMS therapy and the option to conduct an at-home sleep study. I'd recommend them anytime!

Healthcare Fraud. My first visit at this office was May 2019. Dr. C was lovely but she left in December 2019. I've now had 3 different NPs since then even though they charge me the same rate as a Psychiatrist visit. The turnover rate is extremely high. There's no possible way to get adequate care because you can't even build relationships with the nurse/doctor. Dr. Tahseen Shahzad, specifically, has no clue. She doesn't listen to your problems. She just writes prescriptions. I tried to ask for a different physician and escalate my concerns with the poor care I was receiving and I have yet to get

We love Dr. Conn. his assistant Amy is just as amazing. The front desk is always very sweet and happy. They show care to all their patients. My headband, son and myself are all patients. Every time one of us goes they always ask about the rest of the family, by name. I would not want to go to any other doctor or facility. They don’t recommend more tests or medications than are needed which is very refreshing. They want to get to the root of any medical concerns before they jump to conclusions. We love Smart Health and all the staff!
