Ever since this company took over my parents property we have had so many issues with them "not receiving rent payments" . this never happened before and it is the most annoying thing to have to go through the process of money order loss claim every time they "don't receive it". Last time this happened they somehow revived one of the money orders which made no sense because both money orders were in the SAME envelope so someone please explain to me how they got one but not the other.

This company was refusing to give me my security deposit back after I gave my 30 day notice and moved out. Everything in the apartment looked better when I left than when I moved in. I had everything cleaned and done professionally. I did everything correctly by law. Angie (in the office) was very unprofessional on the phone making excuses as to why Im not getting my security saying its because I didn't give a 60 day notice however, my lease was 1 year. Angie was clueless and gave poor quality customer service. She has no clue how to talk with people. I never resigned a new lease. I lived at that
