It was created as a way to add beauty & joy to the community. Founder, Joseph Bowers, began working in home repairs and commercial construction before settling into a landscaping position at York College. Over time Joseph developed an interest and passion to branch out on his own. Now, Shepherd's View is grateful to be thriving as we steward our promise to bring brilliance and confidence to our customers.
