You couldn't ask for a more thorough inspection on a property! We have complete trust in HouseAbout home inspections. Our inspection uncovered issues that were not disclosed by the seller or his agent and we were able to renegotiate and buy for much less than asking price. That's not easy to do in this market but we had a reputable company in HouseAbout Home Inspections. Very professional

David from HouseAbout did a fabulous job with the home inspection. He was very thorough and the report he created was exceptional, beyond what I thought was a good report from prior inspections. Everything was very detailed and all items were photographed for easy reference. He's obviously very experienced and did a great job pointing out items during the inspection. He also was very flexible when our original appointment was delayed due to our delay with the realtors and contract signing. Couldn't have asked for anything more, highly recommended!

David did a great job inspecting our potentially future home and I was confident in the work that he did. The report was very detailed, as others have mentioned. He arrived over 30 minutes early to prepare, worked efficiently and was professional. additionally, he took the extra step of gaining access to the house early to expedite our radon results, which I didn't even know he had done until we arrived. Much appreciated! Unfortunately, the home did not work out for other reasons but we will use David if future transactions move forward.

He arrived early and had already done a great deal of inspection of the outside area, then walked through and very clearly explained everything, answering each and every question I had.
