I called the City of Madison Heights Building department to get a refer to have my furnace inspected and AAC Services were highly recommended by them. AAC was $20 cheaper than their competitors, and they were friendly which their competitors were not (on more than a few locations)
I called and the one that answers is very polite, friendly and helpful. We just had a problem with our furnace this week and I immediately called them at 8:30 a.m. and they were out by 9:30 a.m. and had my heat back on within minutes.

I just had a maintenance appointment and was left with a gas leak and a new leak in heating pipe. When I called them back 1.5 hours later to tell them there was a strong smell of gas and the heat was now leaking. They said "Our tech has 30 years experience and will not be returning to see why the repair caused a gas leak we will give you your money back and you fix the leaks"

I am so happy with AAC Services Heating & Cooling & Boilers! Adam came out today to fix an issue with my AC, an issue that another company came out 3 times for and never remedied. Not only is Adam personable, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, he also took time to explain along the way what they found and how it was being handled. And, what I was charged for the work was very reasonable. Probably the biggest endorsement is my dog LOVED him! You know if you dog likes/loves someone that they are a good person. :-)

These gentleman get the job done. They are so nice and don't mind my cats trying to help them with the job. We have use them serval times for yearly checkups to upgrades.
Melva, is also very sweet and will help schedule all the appointments.
We will continue to call them every year for our before winter tune ups.

I called numerous places looking for a quote for a new furnace, even had a couple people come out to give an estimate. Adam was the only one who knew what he was doing. With my generic description over the phone, he was able to determine which model of furnace I currently had and exactly what I needed to replace it. Installation was quick. The estimate was accurate and reasonable. I'd highly recommend.

I needed a new water heater. I talked to someone in the office and was told someone would be calling me that day to set up an appointment. I never received a call so I called the office the next morning. Someone finally did call me but I missed the call. I called back 4 times and left a voicemail and he never returned my calls. I called Macomb Water Heater and someone was at my house within the hour.

I have a rental property in Ferndale and my management company had contacted AAC for service when my furnace broke. They were quick and provided fair quotes. Yes, they also quoted me on my water heater even though they were only sent out for the furnace -- but I was happy for this; I knew it would need to be replaced this year so the suggestion helped me get the ball rolling. Melva specifically handled my payment via phone and was super awesome at customer service. She emailed me copies of my receipts as soon as they were available. I would highly recommend them!

What a bunch of thieves who prey on the needy. I know this world is about supply and demand, especially when your heat goes out in 18 degree weather on a Saturday morning but charging a premium on that service makes me sick. I don't know how this place has such good reviews.
I just got a call back from the guy and he wanted to charge me $180 and hour for labor and also just to come out and check out what is wrong with our furnace. Maybe they do a good job on servicing and fixing your heating and cooling but there are a lot of places that do a good job too without ripping you off on the labor

My furnace stopped working and my house was unbearably cold. I couldn't wait until Monday, which was the only time any other company I called could come. I called Aac Services on a Saturday after several other companies told me they were unavailable, and Adam was at my house within the hour. He was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it on the spot, and gave me some additional maintenance tips to help prevent any further issues. The fee was a bit high, but still very reasonable considering it was after hours and on short notice. Definitely

I had an exceptional experience with AAC Services. First, I called their company late on a Sunday after my furnace went out. I was able to talk to someone right away, and they offered to come to my house immediately. However, as it was after hours, my home warranty company wouldn't cover the visit, so they set up a convenient appointment the next day to meet with my work schedule.

Great service! Came and went within service time window (same day service, called at 9, here by 2:30). Sul was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He came just after a rain shower and had tyvek overboots to protect my floors. Found and removed an over-utilized filter, gave me the specs for a much lower cost option (over a OEM version), added 5 oz of Freon and verified operation of the system with a digital mixing valve/diagnostics tool.

I called today at 12:30 pm, left a message with the receptionist. Adam had called back within 10 minutes, and after my converstaion with him, he was at my home in 30 minutes. I thought my A/C condensor/compressor was shot because it hummed. Adam did a couple checks and within minutes he determined that the capacitor was bad. He checked the freon level for me while he was there, no issues were found. I was back up and running in 20 minutes on a 95 degree day! He could have easily sold me a new unit but didn't. His price was very fair.
