My wife and I bought our home earlier this year using Property Specific as our realtors. Property specific realty has been such an amazing choice for selling and buying our new home. Andrea Cummings is the absolute BEST real estate agent you can come across. Working with Chris made the process of buying a new house super easy! He walked us through all the steps needed for closing paper work and was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the area and current market. He has a number of properties that he has renovated so knew from first hand experience typical problem areas in homes and was a good resource for service recommendations too which has been really helpful since we were new to the area.

Lori and her team have been such a pleasure to work with. They are so responsive, even when I’m texting them late at night. When we started, we had little idea where we wanted to be in the Raleigh area. Ali helped us narrow down the area and neighborhoods. When we came to town to check things out Lori took us all over.
